Horrible experience! Do NOT trust.

In July 2024 I requested photos of a cable to confirm it matched their listing. They sent the same image used in the advertisement. Based on that I ordered it, but what I received looked completely different and poor quality (I sent them pictures demonstrating the clear difference) and asked for a refund despite their no refund policy. Then they claimed it was exactly the same as the photo despite the obvious difference. Still, they agreed to a refund, so I sent it back. But nope! They never issued the refund. I have sent multiple emails but they have not responded in 1.5 years since November 2024

I had a 3.5 meters single wire cable build for my Dan Clark Stealth. I just needed a longer cable than the one I had. The quality is top notch. The color of the sleeves for the wires match the ones on the website. Meaning, taken the screen you looking at in count. The sound is vived and clear with all the nuancses Intact. So on that note, I can recommend Arachne Audio cables also for for high-end headphones. The production time was 12 days. I did write after 10 days just to check the progress. I got a polite answer same day. Then I knew my order was in progress. Bespoke headphone cables are a niche within EU, so I could accept the wait. I can easily recommend order from this company.

The choice of cables colours and jacks is great, they make cables that fit every combination of headphones and music sources.
I ordered 2 cables but ordered the wrong length for one of them.
I coresponded with Andrea in customer support, and we arranged if I sent the cable return they would shorten the cable and send it back to me at no extra cost.

Terrible. Connectors wrong and ignore my emails. Waste of money.

Wie mein Vorredner schon beschrieben hat werden emails einfach ignoriert und er hofft auf Hilfe von PayPal.Ich werde dies zur Not Rechtlich weiter betreiben, so geht es nicht das hier Kunden einfach mit falschen Kabeln beliefert werden und diese noch auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden sollen.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing at Arachne Audio. First I purchased a cable for a friend of mine HD800S, after that I ordered one for me as well, longer and a different spec (adjustments to length between splitter and headphone connectors, etc.)

They have since sent 2 wrong cables to me
1. with length between splitter and headphone connectors out of spec.
2. The second one still had an aluminium splitter when we decided on the more light weight leather. They apologized multiple times for it via email and they acknowledged their mistake and internal miscommunication and promised me to sent me a cable with the proper spec I asked for but now it has been over 6 weeks since I've last heard from them. They're ignoring my emails and I'm left with 2 cables I didn't order. I will probably never receive the item that I paid for.
