I had an excellent experience with the Rapacke Law Group on my non-provisional patent. I appreciated the promptness of communication and professionalism in general, but more than anything I was impressed by the quality, precision and rigor of the very first draft of the application. As a result I had almost no edits on the draft and could file it without any back and forth! As a first time inventor it felt like I had these guys really looking out for me.

Andrew and his team helped me through my prior botched claim submittal. His team really studied my specifications and rewrote the claims in a simple, complete, bulletproof claim set. I'm most impressed that his group had the rare skills to thoroughly understand, communicate AND defend my device. When I listened in on the conference call between the Rapacke group and the patent examiner, Gary (who worked my case) just naturally used the exact words that I was thinking in my head. He "knew" my device. He knew how I described it. He knew the words I used. I could tell that he visualized the entire device and related process.
