First and foremost I would not do business with this company because you cannot speak to anybody everything is ai. I ordered the pillow online for $69.99 I ordered it in June and it's now September I still haven't received it the only reason that I remembered is because I saw charges on my credit card that I didn't recognize which was a monthly $29.99 automatic charge from them apparently in fine print you automatically sign up for a membership that charges your card monthly $29.99 when you order a pillow online!!!!! which I did not know and do not agree with.( after I disputed everything I went online and looked and sure enough in small print at the very bottom of the page when you check out they have it in writing what a scam) I canceled everything and would encourage others to know beware of their bait and switch scam

There seems to be a common theme here. Araweld claimed my item was delivered by USPS. We contacted our local USPS and they never received our item. Clearly this company is a scam. Even after I went back and forth providing the documentation that the item was NEVER delivered by USPS, they still refuse to return my emails or refund my money. Stay tuned, we will be filing numerous complaints against them.

Horrible company to deal with. Supposedly I ordered this and month ago. They fail to disclose it is shipped from Jamaica. I still haven’t gotten the product. When I contacted them, I was told it has been delivered. When checking tracking, it shows it still in transit. I just got screwed out of 76.00

This is a scam company.
I ordered a product online.
It never showed up, more than two (2!) months later, they started to charge my credit card again!
and then another time.

Didn’t realize it was a subscription, but customer service made cancellation easy and stress-free.

I bought a magic moments pillow v2 and paid using the Araweld website. I subscribed to their mailing list and received a 10% discount. From USD89 to USD81. I checked and and paid the amount. One week later, there was a charge on my credit card for the amount of USD29.99. No notification. Apparently, once you subscribe to the mailing list, you get signed up to their Direct Club, with a MONTHLY recurring subscription fee. You do not receive an email re. the subscription (and cancellation). It was also not mentioned when I checked out. I purchased on 31 July 2026 and it arrived in Australia on 15 August 2026. Shopify app showed it came from China. Also, the product is different from the ads. It is not as firm and just made of standard memory foam. It looks much like the generic products from Temu and Amazon that are from China. Also, website states that their warehouse is in Florida, USA. However, product actually came straight from China. It is just a dropshipping seller.
