I've been here since the beginning. Love playing arcade games at home. When there's a problem, the staff answers back quick and is helpful. Would love if the prices of tokens went back down a little bit..

Love the huge prize selection! Super fun to play, with many different styles of arcade games to choose from. Sometimes the video feed when going to make a play will cut out or lag but with their great and fast customer service everything gets taken care of.

Love the old school arcade ticket game experience made for online access.

Been playing for a few months I think now and I really enjoy the old school arcade vibes. They have an amazing selection of prizes and pretty fun games. A few glitches every once in a while but the support team is great and always sets everything back straight. Overall it's definitely worth playing if you like arcade games or winning prizes... Like an online version of Chuckie cheese or dave and busters!!!

I really love your guys website arcade online where you play games to be honest I never really payed I just got th free tokens so it would be a lot better to get a like 100 token starter pack but it’s really great and I watch all arcade matt videos

i enjoyed playing until i found out a 5000 ticket prize cost 150000 tickets to ship why cant i just pay cash to ship i am not playing anymore until this changes

Definitely not worth it anymore like all things they started good years ago but know it’s a joke!!! The prices have gone up the cost of the prizes gift cards have gone up it’s actually cheaper and more fun to go to a real arcade now. The customer support just don’t care and won’t refund tokens on errors. I have had an account for 4 plus years but won’t spend money on this site again !

I honestly love playing Arcade.Online games
The have so many deals on the token packages almost all the time, daily task weekly task that you can complete from playing their arcade games and earn pretty awesome rewards, also you actually earn tickets pretty quickly maybe even more then you would in an arcade in person and I love Dave & busters though I’ve only been one or two times I have to admit Arcade.Online is a great Online Arcade much more affordable than arcades that aren’t online, you want tickets much more faster and I promise this is a real arcade experience with real people who fix any issues that may happen time to time, they are very quick to respond to any support tickets you make for any type of problems errors issues you encounter they are very fast to help you with anything at all the fix any of there games that have problems quicker then you can imagine and the games are very fun addicting honestly at least to me, but if you love arcade games and don’t know which ones to trust especially online give Arcade.Online a try and you’ll understand what I’m talking about it’s just very fun and I honestly don’t go a day without playing their games for at least an hour sometimes even 3-4 hours like I said I’m addicted to it and the people who run these games and Arcade.Online in general are very amazing people and very helpful in all ways this is the best and only arcade site online that I’ve ever played, trusted, redeemed prizes from, got support and help from the arcade team any time I’ve reached out, I have no doubt that you will not be disappointed if you decide to give Arcade.Online games a try!

This has been a great addition to my daily mobile game lineup. A quick check in to collect some daily rewards, and equally enjoyable to have some big gaming sessions on. The Discord community is fun and really active. It's definitely worth spending a little money to get a head start and then there are tons of ways to keep earning free rewards while you play games. The games themselves are awesome and there is something for everyone. The games can have glitches from time to time (just like at an in-person arcade) but you can just lodge a support ticket and their team refunds any tokens that are needed. I've redeemed a bunch of gift cards and physical prizes without any issues. Tons of fun.

Arcades are one of my favourite places and Arcade Online does a great job of replicating that.
They frequently add new games which keeps it interesting. Their customers service is fantastic. If their is a glitch, a simple report will typically get you a refund. There are also lots of little "side quests" to earn XP and credit.
The only negative is the credits can be expensive and there isn't away to earn them for free (like tapjoy).
Other than that I highly recommend checking it out

If I love arcade online you'll love it too it's awesome easy to operate good games they got on there are so cool and their actual arcade machine affordable and pricey coins. Okay yourself you only go on there and play 10-15 minutes maybe 30 and find yourself out there all day. At first I absolutely loved Arcade online but it has caused nothing but headaches as of lately. I have tried several times to redeem my tickets for prizes my son has picked and everytime there is an issue and they cancel my order. I was told the items were not in stock so he picked different items and it was still canceled. After he was disappointed more times than I can count I reached out and was told they were out of stock on those items too, but the shop was updated so it should work. Well I put another order through got the confirmation email and woke up to my most recent order being canceled. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the vendor or if they just put certain prizes up to have people spend more only to be stuck ordering things they don't want because nothing else will go through. UPDATE : the vendor issue is what caused the cancelations of prizes, but arcade online went above and beyond to help me get the prizes my son wanted to order. It took a little time to get it figured out but my order has shipped and my son is very thankful and excited for them. Thank you again to the arcade online team for all of your help.
