A smooth & professional experience
Everything went smoothly from booking the visit through receiving useful automated updates to the technician contacting me saying he could be earlier if that helped.
He then identified the issue explained the plan and set the boxes.
The return visit was equally efficient.
They should set up a plumbing and electrical business!!

We were disappointed with the service
We were disappointed with the service. During the visit, the technician was not proactive at all and did not explain much what could be the problems. We had to keep asking questions and persuade the technician to check the possible entry points. The second visit was even worse. The technician just put poison and left as quickly as he could. We thought it was not satisfactory service at all.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Once they take your money they don’t care. I was wise enough to Not pay for the first visit because the guy damaged my property and promised “no mice would die in my house” - they then decided to make a formal claim which they closed after I sent them photos of the damage and the dead mice (the “owner” said that they should not have made the claim and fake promises and that they guy probably only told me this to make me feel better. He only fixed the damaged to get paid and not have me put a formal complain against them. Now that I’ve fully paid the mice are still there. I contacted them straight away (because that’s one thing they’ll accuse you of, saying you didn’t contact within what they claim to be a reasonable timeframe) to let them know I could see new dropping even after I have hoovered and cleaned. They reassured me this must be old dropping - so I paid and guess what, I’ve seen mice with my own eyes and they are saying they have black listed my account and will not do anything else. They change the goal post at each stage and NEVER have provided a lasting service. Not only would I NOT RECOMMEND them but I question their legitimacy. Stay well away would be my advise, especially if you want to actually get rid of your pest problems.
