Simply Amazing!
I heard of Arch KBB showroom from a friend who had bought his kitchen from this shop and recommended me to them for my bathroom and en-suit shower.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted the same way until the moment they fitted my bathroom and shower and all was done; always polite, helpful and there to listen to my needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy certain products, but rather given tailored options to my requirements.
From the owner to the staff, all there to work with the customer to keep us satisfied in our transformed home.
Will definitely be back for any other projects I've got.

Excellent service and great result

I've just used Arch KBB to renovate my shower room and I am very pleased with the results. Zara, who owns the shop with her husband, and Morea should write manuals on customer service. They could not have done more to find everything that I wanted at a price I wanted -- Morea didn't give up until she found a basin that would fit in a awkward space that I could afford. When it comes to building projects / renovations I know exactly what I want but can't always articulate the vision. Zara and Morea were very patient and helpful. I've used the shop in the past to replace the downstairs loo and basin and they were just has helpful. I'm sure my shower room was a small project for them, but they always treated me as if I were a major client.

Builder Sam is not cheap and we had to wait two months to fit into his schedule, but he pays great attention to detail and the finished results are excellent. he also was patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind about various details.

We are really happy with Arch KBB. The advice was excellent as was the service. We now have a fantastic new bathroom thanks to Hussein and the team.

Truly the best customer service. The quality of the goods are perfect, the range is as you desire - they always match the specification and budget you request. All put together with possibly the best all round staff you could hope to be looking after you. Honestly worth every word I have written !
