I ordered a sweater in size XL. It didn’t fit me or my daughter, who wears size small, because the fabric had zero give. It was like trying to put on a too small sweater made of cardboard. The company advertises full refunds, so I contacted them to begin the return and refund process. What followed was several days of emails in which the customer service rep offered discounts on my purchase or additional purchases, none of which were acceptable to me. I persisted in asking for a full refund. Finally, the customer service rep told me it would cost me $40 to return the sweater, plus any customs fees, and my return would be stuck in customs for sixty or more days. As I had only paid $49 for the sweater on sale, this was ridiculous. So I gave in and accepted their offer of a 15% refund.

I recommend never buying anything from this company. I feel they are a scam operation with shoddy merchandise, and their 30 day refund policy is a joke.

I bought two sweaters, when I got them, one was not even a sweater, it was cheap T-shirt material. The online picture showed cute tiny reindeer and they were so blurry on the item you could hardly tell what they were. The other item was way too big and trying to return both items, they kept offering discounts on more items or a percentage of my money back instead of a full refund citing costly return shipping fees and custom fees that would be my responsibility. Never buy from here!

The images off this site are all ripped from designer pages. The “boots” I received are foam plastic and smell horrific.
I asked for a refund and they told me that it would cost $40 to return them back to China and that they could offer me a 30% partial refund. Or a store credit for the full amount. I would imagine purchasing something else from them.

Clothing was nothing like the photo. Very poor quality, almost see through fabric. Customer service makes return very difficult.

The clothing they sell is very low quality. What you receive is not the same as what’s pictured on their website. I reached out to customer service, provided pictures of what I ordered versus what I received and asked multiple times for a return address. Megan keeps offering me a 20% off discount on future orders and a 15% partial refund but will not provide me with a return address. This business is a SCAM. The jackets I received are flea market quality at best. They do NOT want to return items despite claiming it’s an easy process on their website. They work very hard not to resolve your issues when it comes to returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I so wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. Shoes arrived damaged and in terrible shape and they will not refund my money. We’re trying to get me to exchange offering me a discount but will not refund to my card. I’m thinking about refusing to pay on the credit card.

Please beware of purchasing from this company. I purchased a few items that were miss marked. The quality of the sweaters was awful, especially for the price. They don’t stand by their return policy. It states there is a 30 day return, you pay for shipping, which I was told would be $20-$40. Then I was told it would take longer than 30 days for them to get the merchandise back, therefore the 30 days would be expired. I have never heard of such nonsense! Save yourself the trouble of taking the chance with this clothing company, not worth the aggravation.

Ordered a sweater for my daughter’s bday. The website stated express US shipping. 9 days later I recd. an email that it would be leaving Mainland China in a few days! When I finally recd. the sweater ( well after the date promised), it looked nothing at all like the sweater shown online. VERY poor quality. Additionally, the sizing was WAY off. The sweater might fit a doll. Furious with the wasted time and effort. It went right in the donate pile but it’s doubtful anyone would ever be able to wear it. The neck size was 2-3 inches and would fit my wrist better than my neck. Stay far, far away from this fraudulent website. You’ll be paying for much delayed garbage.

Do not order from this company. It is not located in the US. It is located in the Netherlands. The images on their website are generated by AI. The merchandise they will send you will look absolutely nothing like the photo and they will not refund your money. This company is scamming people. They are thieves. I paid $47 for a sweater that looked like a thick knit sweater online and what they sent me was a top made out of the same material that a cheap stuffed animal is made out of. I have never seen clothing made out of this material. It looked nothing like the photo. And when I told the company that I wanted a full refund, they told me I would have to pay shipping cost to return it to the Netherlands. Their return policy clearly says if they’ve made an error that the consumer does not have to pay the return shipping. They refused to acknowledge that sending me a sweater that looked nothing like the online image was in fact an error. Just walk away and do not buy anything from this company. Hopefully it will go bankrupt soon.

Arden New York is a scam. I tried to return a sweater because the quality was horrible. They offered me a 10% refund. The website says you can return within 30 days. What a joke!

I cancelled the fuzzy hoodie within hours of ordering because it would arrive too late for my purpose. They emailed me saying g they will try to cancel the item but not guaranteed. It arrived 3 weeks later and the quality is cheap, the material is not as described and it looks flimsy. So I tried to return it. Although they are responsive by email, there is no customer service phone number. They make you jump thru hoops and will offer discounts and store credit and make you pay for the return shipping and customs to CHINA! The process is very difficult and discouraging so I ended up reporting them and an item I didn’t want. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

I ordered two sweaters, neither of which fit. Although the website states a 30 day return policy, the company put multiple barriers in the way of returning the sweaters for a full refund. I ultimately settled for a 30% refund and kept the sweaters, but I will NEVER EVER order from them again. It was my own fault that I did not research how they handled returns more thoroughly. Do not believe what the website says about their return policy.

My items were both medium sized but the fits were completely different. Cheap materials. Return process is ridiculous. Have to contact them to return and basically it has to be in original packaging and customer pays. Not worth the trouble, but then they try to get you to buy or exchange the items instead of giving you a refund. No thanks! I’ll just keep my cheap inconsistently sized clothes (or donate them). Chalk it up to lessons learned.

I purchased a wool-blend tailor blazer from this store
with a picture of a quality blazer. The first thing is the blazer was way too big. Secondly is was very cheaply made and the tag on the garment said 95% polyester
5% etastane (a synthetic plastic polymer) and had zero wool in it and it looked NOTHING like the picture. Very misleading and false advertising. It was very poor quality with threads uncut and just very cheap looking. I would never wear it. Trying to return it is very complicated and I'll probably end up eating the $65. The company is located in Netherlands and has nothing to do with New York. Beware - go somewhere safe like Esty
