I bought a pair of the Kylie Raised…
I bought a pair of the Kylie Raised Sole stretch sandals believing that they had arch support. They were uncomfortable for my feet so I emailed Avery Lane to find out where to return them. After an initial email, they then stopped responding and I found a return address on their site in London so sent the sandals back and sent a photo of the receipt. They then responded by saying that they should have been returned to AMERICA and that I should have filled in a form - none of this had been explained to me.
They are now refusing to give me a refund. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

Easy ordering, placed my order expecting a uk shop but have found out now the shop doesn't exist and from other reviews it looks limits from China, wascexpecting express uk delivery some use to me if it is taking weeks to arrive, I am goingbto contact my card provider

I just wore out my last pair and was so…
I just wore out my last pair and was so pleased to find them again so ended up ordering 2 pair. They have such a good colour choice too. They were easy and quick to follow and I my even order more as I have enjoyed wearing them in this hot summer months.
