Very good comms and very efficient

First class service, no nonsense, claims processed efficiently and without lengthy dispute. Gave me the option of using my chosen repairer, an OEM service repair. I was hugely frustrated when my car was damaged and cannot afford the inconvenience that the claims process normally brings but fair play to Accident Repairs Heathrow, job well done 👏

Although having your car damaged is obviously really frustrating, I have to say that Max at ARH was professional and proactive in ensuring that what followed the accident was first class. Max and the team handled the whole thing quickly and without any fuss.

With our car damaged by Maple Parking at Birmingham Airport, they immediately took responsibility and had Max at ARH manage the repair.

Max from ARH immediately phoned me the next day. and left me a voicemail and emailed me with the process that would be followed. Every correspondence with Max was dealt professionally with a swift response.

When as quote was provided with my local garage, he immediately authorised it and prepaid it directly so the garage could get on with the work and liaised with Maple to provide a like for like courtesy car from Maple directly (thanks Adrian A from Maple in sorting this out too 👍).

The entire process was quick, efficient and totally painless. It took away the trauma of the damage that had occurred.

Amazed by the professionalism and care throughout. I didn't actually bother to purse the matter as I got too busy. However a long time after, Max contacted me and it was sorted within 24 hours. Way beyond what i expected so thank you!

Had an issue with a dent that occurred when using an airport parking company, the claim was passed to ARH to resolve. It was an incredibly quick and efficient process with quick and clear communication throughout. No complaints whatsoever.

This company deals with the claim after the car park has agreed that there is damage. It's a great set up because ARH can focus on customer service and the repair.

Car damaged while parked at Leeds Bradford Airport. Accident repairs sorted this straight away, Santino was in contact on the Monday, agreed the quote from a local repair shop and got the invoice paid straight away, couldn’t have been better!

Max went out of his way to help me with this claim I was impressed by the service.

I had initially decided resolving this issue was more effort than it was worth but as the complaint was still unresolved I received a call from max at ARH to follow up and was offered a financial settlement as a resolution which was in my bank account the very next day. Was a very welcome and unexpected call with a speedy resolution, fab service!
