Horrible products. Nothing like what was advertised or shown in the video. Ordered the advent hot wheels for my husband who collects them. They did not arrive until Jan. 5th. Could not use them for advent AND... they were cheap plastic paper cutouts, not the real cars. The video showed kids playing with real cars. Piece of shit is what was sent. Do not ever buy from this company I want a refund. Arrived a month late.

If there was a zero star option, I would click on it. I ordered a Santa Claus wall sticker on the morning of December 2, 2025. I followed up a week later to request a tracking number. No response. I have sent 3 emails since, and yet no response. Live and learn. My latest email, dated January 5, 2026, is for a full refund of my $27. Still waiting on a response. These people are crooks. Do Not Order From This Scam Company.

If there was a zero review option that’s what I would give. Lesson learnt always read reviews before buying online. DO NOT buy from this site if you expect the goods to arrive or to get a refund!!!

I ordered advent hot wheels muscle cars, which were supposed to be actual cars, what I got were cheap acrylic cut out of not even muscle cars, just ugly cars. I did not even give them to my nephews, I gave them to thrift store. To return them I would have had to pay AGAIN! Already spent 60$ for junk

Bought 2 monster trucks for my great grandson for Christmas. Received 2 days after Christmas. Now they will become Easter presents but when they showed them they looked to be decent size but of course not they are mini! And what I paid i could have purchased at Walmart a lot cheaper. To return them I would have to pay for shipping yet I paid for shipping once already. Why should I pay twice? Never buy from these places again!!

Been waiting over a month for Christmas presents that have still not arrived. Emailed support team and seems to be automated and no tracking with product so I’ve no idea if or when will arrive. I asked for tracking and never got an answer. $100 down the drain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! SCAMMERS

Well I paid $60 to a company called arichbox should be called ripoffbox or scambox ,didn't a confirmation email they took my money out of my account ,I placed order for hot wheels advent calendar and now over 2 weeks no reply to my emails for their so called customer service going to put a formal complaint to bbb and police and my bank I want the product I paid for Simple, worst buisines I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with, yall ripped me off for 60 bucks .Warning to everyone who's considering buying anything from this company ,their scam artists for sure going on 3 weeks nothing

They shouldn't even get one you know why they charged me twice and is only going to refund me $10 $33 twice and I had to pay for a return of 16 bucks so they got more than enough and won't refund me the full balance

I ordered the GLP patches and then realized that they were fake and not the real patches and I am not going to put that in my body because I don’t know what it is. On October 14 I was promised a full refund and then it would take 2 to 5 business days however we are now October 25 and I have not seen a penny of my refund. This company is selling fake products. I have a ton of emails from two separate employees from the company promising me a full refund of almost $50 and still not have received my refund. This company is a bunch of liars and scammers and I would not trust them if my life depended on it. I looked on their website to find the GLP patches. They are not even on their website. Do not buy anything from this company as everything they are selling is counterfeit. I am absolutely outrage and furious. I have also contacted an attorney.

I placed my order October 9th. It is not October 20th,
they have taken my money but I have not received a confirmation e-mail or heard any thing from the company.

I made an order on October 6 2025 and it October the 12 and haven't received order or any email stating that it was shipped but they took money off my card

Huge SCAM! DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not do refunds and their pruducts are garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you actually want to get scammed!

Disgusting Service if any...i made an order and instantly i sent a message saying please refund order and said i had to wait 10-15 days delivery. i explained dont process the order again as not wanted and have contacted paypal to not process the order and said too late -NEVER DEAL WITH

What a disappointment not only did I wait almost a month to get it but it comes in a little teeny sample bottle so I paid almost $30 for a little bottle of lavender mop soap. Are you kidding me? This is definitely a scam and I will be very, very careful in the future

I ordered mop soap product from Arichbox. When it arrived, it was package in sample bottles. In short, I paid $59.00 for a couple of tiny sample bottles. Ridiculous! Their advertising is grossly misleading. Avoid doing business with Arichbox, or it will cost you $59.00. Scam artist!

Very disappointed I spent $25 on the pheromone perfume waited 16 days to get my package. Was so excited when it got delivered to be disappointed the scent lasted 2 min and smelled like regular generic perfume. I want to send it back and get a refund like our economy is so messed up like everything is expensive I work my ass off everyday tired ,sick for my money, to buy something with your hardworking money and be ripped off is like a punch in the face. I’v emailed the company imma give them 2-3 business days to respond. If no reply I be contacting the BBB.

I ordered the perfumes 2 months ago and I’m STILL WAITING, I’ve written them 4 emails and they never responded. I want my full refund I will never buy from here again 0/10 and customer service is terrible
