Poor service
Poor service, I purchased a product from this company it is poorly advertised as it gives a list of boilers it fit numbers matched mine and then it wasn't correct. After contacting them they were not helpful in any way and I will be putting it through to small claims as its crazy how bad they were. They aren't actually any thing to do with Ariston just make it look that way.
In response to your reply: It is poorly presented saying be careful there are 2 then following it up with it fits these boilers and providing the codes for a bunch of boilers. I would update the advert with some thing like....please check serial number in addition to matching codes below and problem solved. I will choose to go direct to Ariston in future.

As we explained in our communications earlier, the website quite clearly explains that there are 2 versions of the part that you required and warns to make sure that you choose the correct one, depending upon year of manufacture and gives the date of the change. Slow delivery
Well i ordered this part next day delivery last wednesday , expecting it to arrive thursday/Friday. UPS failed to collect the part. (But they did refund me the next day delivery)
Had a email conformation from UPS on saturday morning saying it would arrive monday. My homes been without heating/hot water since wednesday and ive got a baby in the house. I expected it with the delay to arrive atleast friday or saturday.
I ordered from ariston spares in the first place cause it was next day delivery.
