Arlington Power Sports Avis 84

So far can only give 2 stars if that...I called and messaged 5 times before someone finally reached out to help me order my scooter. Still have not gotten invoice and order scooter 5 days ago. After I ordered 2 other reps have contacted me. I'm excited to get scooter may update once scooter gets here.

So far...Arlington Power Sports is Great!
The Customer Service young lady was especially helpful in finding me a Side by Side with Power Steering!

I ordered a dirt bike on a Monday evening. I received an email a day later saying my bike would be delivered on Friday. That's fast free shipping at its finest. Also got a better price than what other sites were charging for the same bike. A+ company to deal with.

Easy to work with. I was able to do everything over the phone which made the entire process much easier.

Ordered a 3 wheeler fully assembled and tested. It was delivered fairly quickly. Bike running well. My only complaint is that for a new bike it has paint that’s cracked and about to come off the front middle part of the bike

I ordered a scooter from arlington power sports. The ordering process was very smooth and easy. I'm currently waiting on an update as to when my order will be, or has been shipped.

Easy online ordering with good finance options,give it a 4 just because waiting for product to deliver

I talked to Raymond and he helped me get my order done I am now waiting on the 50cc ice bear mad dog trike can't give them five stars until I received my product but once I receive my trike I will give them five stars

Canceled my order with those other folks because of bad attitudes. Glad that I did, because Preya was great. Can't wait until my baby gets here!!!

This is an update to review. We got it all sorted out and my new jeep is on the way. Thank you.

I purchased a jeep which showed up with paint issues and ever since it has been a terrible experience! I asked for a bit of compensation as it would be expensive to do a return. Needless to say they did a claim with ROUTE shipping protection WHICH I PAID FOR and it was approved and ROUTE PAID FOR A NEW ONE. They will NOT send me my replacement until I send the one I have back. However they did not take responsibility for the issue they blamed shipping and used my ROUTE protection I paid for.

They have now been paid in full for 2 jeeps and want this one back to resell!!! I would have no problem sending the old one back if it was them who had taken responsibility and helped me out but they didn’t. They blamed shipping and this is not ethical practice.

As it sits for a 3k jeep, they have now been paid in full for 2 jeeps 6k and I still have my paint damaged one.

Im very happy with the professional sales man Alex he was very knowledgeable of the jeep I'm getting he answered all my questions in a kind experience way. I recommend this company I trust there service Thank you Alex

I spoke with a great knowledgeable female staff member she was so kind and helpful i felt so relaxed just listening her just give me details I’m awaiting my scooter now can’t wait to to test drive and get used to handling of that u all so much I’m very excited
