I ordered this on the 14-15th of last…
I ordered this on the 14-15th of last month I believe, unfortunately Evri delivery service lost it or I don’t know what went wrong….lost the package maybe (so entirely not Arlo’s fault) and I had to email them asking what was happening, they emailed me the same day I believe and it was dispatched delivered in 3 days (2nd), it is very pretty thicker than I thought it would be but very happy thank you.

First time I have used this company, I sent an email late Saturday afternoon and had a reply a few hours later from Matt. After my query was answered I placed the order on the Sunday and received the item Tuesday morning... Perfect.
