Armani Avis 

I placed an order on the 12th for an item that was on offer on Armanibeauty.co.uk and although I got an order confirmation email, according to the payment screen it didn’t go through. I created a query using the online form right away to make sure it’s all okay and as there was no response I called them the next day. The agent who answered reassured that the order is confirmed and nothing to worry about, and that I will receive a mail when the order is dispatched.
I got the email from Evri about the package the next day, and received the package on the 16th.
I was quite worried after seeing their Trustpilot score and comments tbh, and am delighted that my experience was pleasant except for the slight snag with the payment screen.

I have sent several messages through ARMANI BEAUTY contact form on there website but to date have not received a response, I have waited several weeks. I have also tried to contact by phone but am either on hold or receive the message ' being told that all of your lines are busy at the moment an advisor will be available shortly. Thank you for your patience. Did you know that a contact form is available on our website. We thank you in advance for your understanding. I have called so many times and every time the same message??? I tried a another number and have been hold n. I am continually cut off. Additionally I won 25 percent off make up on the website spin the wheel online offer but received a blank email with no code!!! This has happened twice now. NO ONE responds to any emails, messages through their contact centre or by phone. How can you speak to anyone about returns if they refuse to communicate. A horrendous experience and safe to say I would advise NOT to purchase any item direct through the Armani beauty website, shocking service or lack of it, I wish Id read the peoples feedback using this awful company

Will never reorder from this particular website, took over two weeks to arrive.

Avoid this company at all cost. Very unhelpful, unpleasant, unfriendly and unprofessional. I have tried to ask for my refund because my order is up in the air, they are not willing to do anything even just an update. Terrible company please do not use this webshytes!!!!

I was a bit worried after buying perfume because I read all those negative reviews afterward. However, my experience was excellent! I received my parcel just 3 days later with no issues at all. The perfume is perfect, and the service exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy and will definitely order again. Recommended.

I placed an order on 1/11/24 knowing that was 3 weeks before going O/S to purchase a product that I couldn't get in any store ( wanted a particular shade). After waiting 7 days and not receiving any tracking information I called the customer service and was told my order hadn't been processed yet. Not good enough, this is coming from Victoria to QLD not from O/S. I have received items from other countries faster than this. I asked if it could be changed to Express Post and was told that this could not be done. I asked for a complaint to be raised and to speak to a supervisor, I was not given time to write this number down before they hung up on me. I received a shipping notification yesterday afternoon saying it would take 2-7 business days to arrive once I received a tracking number from Aust Post. Absolutely Not Good Enough as it now won't arrive in time.

Fake parfum

Armani please stop using animal skins for your clothing. You are barbaric. We have seen þhe evidene of cruelty at your American fashion shows as PETA highlighted.

Unfortunately, my order never arrived, this being the second time. The customer service was helpful for that. But why does a company like Armani use Evri? I wish they would use a more reliable courier. For this reason, I am hesitant to place orders online.

Bought some foundation and concealer from here - I broke out in spots and dry skin after using it once so contacted customer service about a refund they were quick to get back to me asking for details about the product to feedback but ignored my request regarding a refund - have emailed 3 more times to no response- very bad customer services for a high end brand -

AVOID ORDERING ONLINE DIRECTLY AT ALL COSTS

I've actually had quick shipping on both my orders. First order was fine, second order the package was open and my item (£92 Acqua Di Gio) was missing! I won't use them again as long as they use Evri.

The best clothes and quality

Very bad service, ordered a perfume last week, they promised to deliver in 3,4 working days, till now, no news. Couldn't contact customer service.

Made an order on the 30th Jan Armani code set and a lipstick, delivery dispatch the next day and it has arrived today. All items in package, little extras as well. Over all really happy with my order, unfortunate people have had bad experiences but I’ve had no problem. Confirmation came the day after and tracking was sent the next day to confirm. Items all as described perfect

Well, item didn't arrive. I got an automatic refund with no communication as to why it was refunded.

Their mod team didn't let me post this on their website.

Was asked by Armani to give a review about its make-up. As they messed me around with the non-delivery, wrote a scathing review. Surprise, surprise they wrote back saying it won’t publish as it doesn’t pass their “guidelines.” The review was courteous but laid out the facts. As they are fixing their reviews, am commenting here. Took money, non-delivery after holding money and then finally refunded. Terrible see for a “premium” brand and fixing reviews is unacceptable.

Dont get why some many negative reviews, i ordered from here and everything was good, delivery took 5 to 7 days to come but what do you expect if its coming from france to the uk, I recommend this company
