Bad Company Bad Product
Well after months of waiting for a response and getting excuses why there was no response in still out my money for this worthless pillow. Of there was a zero rating that's what I would have given you.

I ordered a insert to prevent tripping that cost $45.00. watching my PayPal I saw they billed me for a second brace at $41.36. I tried calling the support number to get that reversed, the number was a dead number. I ried contacting there support page only to be taken to MSN.com home page. I asked PayPal to charge it back and am waiting for a final decision. Now I find out I am dealing with someone in China. Don't buy here, so far I am out $85.00. That's why I only buy if PayPal is offered They will help me.

After multiple emails & “confusion “, I was given instructions to ship back items for refund for order 3321911 in December. Company states my emails go to their “ spam” folder. This is their customer support email listed on their website, you cannot call company. I emailed their customer service team the details, per their instructions. Shipped back items for a refund to Netherlands per their instructions. The package was rejected, and now has been returned to my house. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Scam company--- avoid
Back item is a sheet of cloth--- a blanket is thicker. They do not honor the return guarantee, just stopped responding. Would be more helpful to just burn the $70 than to give any money to this company.

The product is a pillow with velcro attached. The website makes you think its designed by a Dr, but that is not true. They advertise 60 day money back guarantee, thats a joke. I sent a5 messages on their email and never heard back from anyone. They have no phone number and their address is a shell company in Wyoming. FRAUDULENT FALSE ADVERTISING!

I bought the 'Spinal Recovery System" which is really just a glorified pillow with Velcro because of their 'get your money back' guarantee. It took 6 weeks to arrive.
I used the product as instructed, did not like it and have attempted to return it. They only have an email address and the 'contact us' form on the website. They have not responded to my many attempts to return the product.
Again, *DO NOT BUY FROM AROMANDA!*

Finally sleeping through the night
OMG I can't believe this actually worked!!! I have sciatica and haven't slept more than 4 hours straight in MONTHS. Started wearing this about 5 weeks ago and last night I slept 7 HOURS. Seven!!! I literally cried this morning lol. The pain is still there during the day but it's WAY more manageable now. Shipping was fast too. Already told all my coworkers about it. Highly recommend if you have back issues

truck driver here. back is destroyed after 20 yrs on the road. this helps. not a miracle but helps. use it every night. wife got one too for her hip issues and she likes it. good quality, arrived in like 8 days.
Better than the $800 brace my doctor recommended
I have to be honest - I almost didn't order this because the price seemed too good to be true. My pain management doctor wanted me to get an $800 custom brace and I just don't have that kind of money on a fixed income.
Found Aromanda through a Facebook ad (I know, I know) and decided to take a chance. So glad I did! The quality is actually really good - not cheap feeling at all. And it works! My lower back pain has decreased significantly after about a month of consistent use.
Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with chronic back pain who can't afford those expensive medical braces.

I have to give this product five stars! I have been a chronic pain patient for 13 years and I have several cages in my spine from several fusion surgeries. Seven total surgeries so far. One of the worst things about being a chronic pain patient is the lack of sleep. When I would roll over at night, I could feel the cage move and it would send an electric shock through my body and wake me, and it was usually several hours before I could go back to sleep. Since I have been wearing my new device that does not happen anymore, and I have slept through the night for the first time in many years! I cannot recommend this device highly enough. There is one caveat, if you are very thick waisted, it will fit you tight. If your stomach is bigger than your chest, this product may not be for you. my waist is a 34 and the large is snug. I think that is the intention because it holds everything in place in your back. I have tried so many different products to ease back pain and this is the best investment I have made so far.

false advertising and poor customer service
They advertised it would sship within 4-5 days. after weeks i requested to cancel the order on 4 different occassions. They nevber replied until finally they said due to the large orders coming in they had been out of stock. i again requested cancel. they shipped it anyway. horrible customer service. if I had known it was coming from China I never would have ordered

Multiple emails have been sent to return product. The response I was given was that I could keep product for a partial refund. This was after multiple attempts. I have stated multiple times that I would like to ship product back, and I do not want to keep product. Have not received response from company.. I eagerly await return instructions…

Suffered with sciatica for months after lifting something wrong at work. This has been a game changer. I use it every evening while watching TV and the pain relief is noticeable. Shipping was fast and packaging was professional. Very happy with this purchase.

NO AFTER SALE SUPPORT AS CLAIMED, placed order 11/11/2025, took two weeks,arrived Nov 25,2025. I have been trying to contact the company to request a return, over 8 times. They claim 24/7 support, that is not true. No response from company at all, worst $69.95 I ever spent. Nothing more than a waist pillow, all tags have info in Chinese,though they claim to be made in the USA. The guarantee they claim to offer is false also. The only contact I get in more emails to sell me their product!! Update:company claims 60 day money back no questions asked guarantee, this is always misleading. I was open to pay return shipping in the USA where product claims to be made, they said I would have to pay to ship it back to EU, but it shipped from China🤷♀️I have all documents. Do not order from them unless you are willing to lose your money. Didn’t come with the book on it as claimed either🤷♀️I should have expected this, don’t make the same mistake I did. P.s. do not expect 24/7 communication either. Solid product, takes time to work
Got this for my herniated disc pain. It's not a miracle cure but it does help. Takes consistent use to see results – probably took me 3–4 weeks. Build quality is decent and it's comfortable to use. Would buy again but hoping the price comes down.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company
I have tried contacting them now 4 times, once on their instagram app, and 3 times via email at their support number. Asking for any tips to be able to get to sleep wearing their back brace. Nothing, crickets. So I have asked for a refund which they say they offer a 90 day guarantee, again, crickets. DO NOT Purchase anything form this company. They are preying on people with bad backs! They responded to my review that they respond to all emails to their support address within 24 hours but I don’t have any reply’s from them.
