Always a great service but I’m noticing lately there’s often some products not in stock which is somewhat frustrating as it means more postage to be added on to my products 😔

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you are having an issue with product availability. We are working on that, but we often encounter stock issues or customers randomly coming in and buying us out of something that we would normally have expected to last, say, 2-3 months.
Suddenly, we find ourselves in the position of having to reorder it, unexpectedly, with a 2-3 month lead time sometimes when our stock forecasting says what we had should be enough to last us until the next delivery in a month or two.
Of course, this is causing issues for customers such as yourself, and for that, I can only apologise. As you can imagine, that is not a simple problem to solve as we cannot always reliably forecast what the demand will be.

Excellent Customer Service and products
