My motor stopping working. Aromis was very helpful providing the exact motor I needed to order with accompanying replacement instructions.

This is a great company. First off, the products are made with quality and work better than expected. The diffuser actually distributes the oils into the air without leaving a mess behind unlike some of the other diffuser/humidifiers out there. Secondly, I ordered and extra nebulizer bottle that was broken on arrival. A quick call and a new one was sent. It arrived quickly and in one piece.

The diffuser arrived within the time frame given. The packaging was minimal but thoughtfully adequate to keep the diffuser from damage during shipping. That's important to me as I have become more ecologically aware and yet did not want to receive a damaged product. The diffuser is easy to set up and the instructions for set up are clear and concise, as are the instructions for the care of the diffuser. I live in an area where black mold can be an issue so, I was searching for a diffuser that did not rely on water in order to diffuse the organic oil aroma. This fit the bill beautifully. It is a lovely piece that compliments my decor. It's quiet so, it doesn't disrupt watching television or sleep. It is ample for use in my master bedroom. And I am happy they also have organic oils for their diffusers. I will buy another for my office. This would also make a great gift for someone who enjoys aromatherapy.

Bought my first 4 years ago and just got my second. Great quality and much better alternative than candles.

Since using the ArOmis I can breathe during the wintertime when the inside air is very dry. I just wish there was a glass globe that you did not fill as often. I already purchased and am using the Eros Nebulizer bottle. But it still has to be filled frequently if you use it for a long time during the day. But all in all, I am VERY happy with my purchase. I ordered 6 dark based units and received 6 different lighter shades of tint. When I inquired about this they told me I could pay for the shipping back to them and then shipping again back to me to have the bases replaced with the correct shades.
I already paid a lot for these units and I think they are overpriced (I got them off reduced clearance section). I got both the 12hr setting and the 8hr (10m on 10m off) setting, and with the 10m on/off setting I have to say, it certainly doesn’t fill my small one bedroom apartment with scent (maybe just one room at a time) so I’m a little disappointed.
The 12hr settings I bought for a larger space/use in a house, but I’m hoping with the continuous flow of scent they will do a better job.
So overall I recommend probably just getting the manual 12hr units if it’s a big space you’re looking to buy for. I still haven’t tested them yet.
At this point, it wasn’t worth the money even at a very reduced price and I regret buying 6 (came to $85CAD each after discounts etc.). Should’ve just tested the waters with 1 of each timer settings first (and maybe not bothered buying anymore).

Aromis provides diffuser replacement parts even for older models. Superior Web experience and easy international shipping. A bit expensive and some delivery delays from a foreign country but overall we are quite satisfied with Aromis after sale service and product.

Items were packaged with care and received in tact.

As always, it is pure pleasure to work with Aromis and their products are top shelf! The scent of the Organic oils is fantastic (personally have tried dozens of others and these for me are simply the best). The quality of the diffusers, timely shipping and service is consistent and timely.

Lovely products, reasonable prices, fast service.

Briefly, I ordered the replacement motor and other items. My unit was working but it had been some years since I started using it. Installation was as shown on the video. There is a noticeable noise reduction so perhaps it was due for a change before it conked out.

I love the oil diffusers. They are well made and look great - like pieces of art. It’s so easy to use the diffusers. No water needed. The scent is stronger and lasts longer since it is not watered down.

They bring an amazing customer service and their products are absolutely wonderful.
