Scott supplied us with a full, frank and detailed description of what benefits we could expect from having a solar power array fitted. This included the reasons why a 12 panel system was all we needed rather than a 16 panel system, which I was considering, but which wouldn’t really return much in benefit against cost in the longer term. The actual quote he gave actually came in within a few pounds of the quote offered by a company suggested by our energy supplier but gave double the battery storage performance, again adding to the cost/benefit equation.
Once agreed, the company partnering Valuebackenergy, Array Electrics, swung into action arranging everything in a smooth, well coordinated operation; Which saw the scaffolders erecting a structure, bridging a 6m pergola, without any drama. They were followed the next day by the actual installation team who put in a 10 hour shift, who were happy, informative and took great pains to explain what they were doing at each stage of the installation.
All in all, I’d have no hesitation in recommending these companies to friends and family.

An excellent company, friendly, efficient,I would recommend to anyone. Arrived when they said they would, cleared up before they left, patient with good explanations,truly professional. And quick,completed in a day ,returned a week later to make sure everything was working well. And I was left feeling I had chosen wisely.
