Absolute pleasure dealing with both Ollie and Ryan, after viewing the car, which was clean and in an immaculate show room, I was happy with the car and asked to have the car before Saturday (first viewing was Wednesday afternoon) I actually picked it up the Friday so bonus.
Everything I asked from Ollie was done with no stress etc, even down to changing the key battery for me before I left, then when I returned to hand the log book over from my previous car, Ryan actually took the time to help remove the back seats to get the seat belt out from underneath from before I bought it.
Nothing was too much from either gentleman and I will definitely be recommending the garage and returning for my next car purchase without hesitation. Thank you for one of the best car buying experiences!

I found Arrow Motor Co by chance on Autotrader, and I’m so glad I did. Oliver fitted me in for a test drive at very late notice and gave lots of clear advice on the car, as well as super aftersales care. I would fully recommend this company and I’m delighted with my new car!

From the initial test drive to completing the purchase the process was easy. Ryan was helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy.
Even when we unfortunately experienced a fault a few days after purchase, both Ryan and Oliver were very helpful and accommodating to ensure the car was put right quickly and also to make sure we weren't stranded without a vehicle. I would definitely shop here again and recommend to friends and family.

Outstanding customer service and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

From the first time I spoke to Arrow on the phone to receiving the keys it was an easy and enjoyable experience. I met the team and the car was sorted within a week. I couldn't recommend Arrow Motor Company highly enough.

I cannot recommend Arrow Motor Company enough. They took all of the stress out of sourcing me a brand new high spec Mercedes GLC which I myself was finding a stressful process. They found me an incredible deal, got me exactly what I wanted (and that was a lot!) and saved me thousands of pounds. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I felt a really valued customer. The follow up was excellent. I would certainly look there again. All my questions were answered and the one the salesman couldn’t, he found out and let me know.

The journey started like this: For about 12 months I was looking for a car especially Audi A8 which I tell you this is not an easy car to find with high specs and really good condition,in the last 3 weeks I have seen about 6-7 cars like this however did not please me the specs or the state of the car.
Looking on Autotrader I came across this lovely Black Audi A8 from Arrow Motor Company with pretty much my complete list of wishes such as; Bose sound system,heated steering wheel and all 4 seats,even 21inch wheels,tinted wheels and many many more.Trust me I said this car will be mine soon. I’ve contacted the company in the next day and spoke to Oliver the company director and what I can say; professional,honest and unbelievable friendly. He helped me to sort all the paper work for the car absolutely perfect,no rush and explained to the last detail,we exchanged emails,calls,whatsup with all the details about the car.
The big day came when I had to go and collect the car(keep in mind,I went with trust as I haven’t seen the car in real)anyway 5 hours on the train,few texts exchange with Oliver re time arriving,where he would wait me etc...once there I followed the instructions outside the train station and then seen the car and what a car big black beast with 21inch wheels and tinted windows...exactly what I wished. Oliver introduced himself to me and had a conversation about the car etc..offered me to drive the car however I much rather preferred to be the passenger in such a car. Drive back to his garage ...absolutely great garage,clean and all maintained to a high standard. All the people there were very polite and welcoming ...I had spent some time after looking at the car while the paper work was sorted ...before signing everything I had a very detailed conversation about all the documents and so on. Job done all signed now time to come back and driving this beast for another 5 hours and what I can say luxurious car(very well selected by the company) with all the services,great looking,very well maintained and so on which this confirmed again how honest is the company and especially Oliver. Following day I had texts and emails from the company ensuring if I enjoyed my ride back home and if I was safe...that saying I don’t think even the main dealer does that. Anyway I wanted to ask Oliver if he can find any history regarding an gearbox oil change just for piece of mind however I have received more than an answer...Oliver had forward the email form the actually Audi dealer with the advice that such thing does not need changing this again proving how professional and honest guy is. The story is twice as long but I won’t try to make all of this to boring for others.
I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ARROW MOTOR COMPANY WITH TRUST AND NO HESITATION.
