Arrow Motor Company is owned and managed by Ryan Trevelyan. I have worked for multiple different brands, selling both volume and prestige vehicles, as well as brand new and used vehicles. I decided I would use my extensive knowledge and vast experience, that I have obtained throughout my distinguished career, to set up my own car sales company. With my main focus being; to continue to deliver a fantastic customer experience, that all of my previous customers have already had the pleasure of experiencing. Here at Arrow Motor Company, we place great emphasis on putting our customers first. Whether it’s a new or a used car, we can source our customers their perfect next vehicle. Our inside knowledge of the profit margins that dealers have across new cars, mean that we are perfectly placed to negotiate the best possible price on a brand new car for you. We also stock a wide range of used vehicles, to suit many different requirements and budgets, all of which are very competitively priced. When it comes to buying cars for our stock, we are very particular about finding the right cars. We personally make sure that we only stock vehicles which adhere to our very high standards in relation to; Age, Mileage, Specification, History and Condition. All of our cars are hand selected, independently health checked and are fully HPI clear. We think that buying your next car shouldn’t be a difficult process, which is why we make buying a car as easy and as hassle free as possible. If required, we can provide our customers with some fantastic finance options. Through our wide panel of lenders, we can offer our customers a range of different finance options, with every customer getting a personalised quotation, regardless of their credit score and credit history. We are confident that we can get almost anyone accepted on finance with one of our many lenders, even if they have a poor credit score. Every car we sell comes with a minimum of 3 months warranty, a number of our vehicles actually come with the balance of their original manufacturers warranty. We also offer our customers the option of an extended warranty, for a small additional cost, as we know that the majority of our customers can see great value in worry-free motoring. Unbelievable service from this garage
Unbelievable service from this garage. We were sold a car by Ryan, a very straightforward sale and we collected the car a week later. Discovered a small leak on getting the car home but the guys came straight to my home to collect the car, rectified the issue, filled the tank with petrol for the inconvenience and returned the car within 24 hours. Nothing is a problem and they will go above and beyond for the customer. Outstanding service, couldn’t have asked for better! Highly recommend!

Outstanding Customer Service
After a hassle free, leisurely, no pressure visit to the garage to check out a car I’d came across online, I was greeted by Matthew who certainly displayed the highest level of customer service I’ve came across. His knowledge and understanding of the trade was in abundance.
He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and hassle free.
I’m more than happy with the Mercedes CLA and the service that was provided.
I’ll be back again for certain

An honest review.
I don’t normally do reviews because I can’t be bothered.
But, on this occasion, I’ve taken a minute out of my hectic schedule to do so.
The reasons for this is simple…
1: The team there are some of the best I’ve ever met.
2: The car is one of the best and tidiest second hand cars I’ve ever seen.
3: The overall experience was quick and pleasant. I would definitely buy from them again.
Now, I must get back to my day.

Can’t recommend highly enough
Can’t recommend highly enough. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. As I was travelling quite a distance, Matt provided a video (with commentary!) car looked great so arranged to test drive.
Could not have been happier. All paperwork and formalities done within an hour and I was on the road home.
Would have no hesitation recommending Arrow Motors to anyone. Very happy 😃

Amazing service
Absolutely outstanding service from Matthew, I went with my eye on a specific car and Matthew could not have gone into anymore detail about it he made sure he explained everything thoroughly and made us feel so welcoming as sometimes it isn’t little daunting walking into a car sales but we had no doubts at all. He even went above and beyond to make sure we had the car the next morning in time for me going to work so I couldn’t credit this him enough! So thank you so much!

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, very genuine people that are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Dealing with Matthew was a breath of fresh air, super efficient and attentive to detail. There was a slight issue with an unforeseen warning light, the issue was fixed very efficiently whilst a courtesy car was provided. They clearly love what they do as they do it so well.
I can highly recommend Arrow Motor Company.

A great service all round

Outstanding service

Matthew who explained everything so well in regard to the whole process. Assisting me with changing over both tax details and insurance to get me safely on the road. Taking the time to make sure the car was in perfect condition for me. Providing advice and guidance when I had to make a no fault claim and just being there to talk to after having it for a couple of months.

Great service
Spotted a car suitable car and phoned to book a viewing/test drive. Matthew was knowledgeable and helpful, just handed me the keys and I was off for a spin. Gave me a fair price for my battered trade in, and the whole deal was done & dusted without any problems. Would recommend Arrow to anyone looking for a decent used car.

Five Star Experience
I had seen a car that looked perfect for me, advertised on the AutoTrader website. Naturally I checked out the seller, Arrow Motor Company, and felt completely reassured by their 100% 5 star reviews. I contacted Arrow and spoke with Matthew who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and transparent with me. I subsequently made a viewing and purchased the car. Matthew ensured the whole process was seamless. I can assure any potential buyer that the service provided by Arrow is impeccable. Matthew and the team at Arrow Motor Company go above and beyond to ensure the buyer receives not only a 5* experience but also a 5* vehicle.

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Arrow Motor Company. Matthew and Ryan have both been amazing and very helpful through the whole process. The car is amazing and they have checked in with me multiple times since buying. I would definitely recommend them.
