Item still not delivered. No response to messages. Pathetic service. An update would be useful.

This is the worst shop ever i orderd from them becasue always try to support small businesses, i have order 2 item from them on 27 june and since then i haven't received my order and they r not replying back i have send them msgs through insta and email now i also understand they r a small business and they can be busy but its been over a month now i am just asking for an update on the order on the website it keeps saying it waiting for fulfilment this is my first time ever complaining about any company ever i have dealt with delays in past from other comapnies but they also gave updates

I ordered my item about a month ago. 1 week ago I was informed that the item has reached my country. It is now over a week and I have not received any updates on the whereabouts of my item.

Im not the type of person to ever write reviews, I'll gladly support small businesses but I saw this page on Instagram and they got my order completely wrong and didn't even spell it right, the website says they're not responsible for spelling errors as names and be written in so many ways im a person who can read and write Arabic and the spelling wasn't even right! I wrote 4 emails regarding this issue I didn't even get a reply, the quality is trash too.

Very bad customer service and products. I bought the gold plated Arabic letter earrings and after wearing them my ears got irritated and I realised the gold plating had come off and the silver was causing the reaction I emailed the company and received no reply, I thought they may be busy and to give them time, after a couple of weeks still no reply I then sent them a DM on instagram but unfortunately haven’t heard back. I would like to return my items for a refund and would not be buying from this company again! Not only are the products bad but the customer service is non existent!

I ordered a personalised tutu for my baby’s first Eid and awaited for 2 weeks and the order never arrived, tried to get in touch with the merchant but didn’t get no reply,I received my refund but no reply whatsoever not even an apology.

i ordered something on june 25 and it’s been almost a month and no response back from them. never buying from them again and i spent $81 on that order

so perfect, down to the smallest detail .. just as I wanted it! i will always buy from you xxx

A very special product, yet customer service is a bit poor. - you can almost expect to never get a response on instagram, which is a bit sad really as the products are wonderful.

I ordered a personalised shirt around a month ago and heard nothing since. Sent countless messages and emails and nothing. The company is a scam.

Loved it, would suggest everyone to read the description before ordering the hidden photo necklace as I did a mistake by not reading it and got disappointed because of the long delivery time. Mine took one month to arrive and it’s really pretty, worth the money. Definitely recommend the item but customer service could be a lot better.

I ordered on the 15th of June and paid for fast delivery but I still haven’t received my order. I emailed and sent messages on Instagram but received no response. This is very unprofessional and borderline fraud as I haven’t received a refund.

No one is replying on emails after I paid before you pay they be good with you after you do they disappear and also late receiving

No response from seller even when Ive tried contacting and still havnt recieved my necklaces.

I got a apron for my dad as he's a head chef and has been looking for one for a few weeks I cam across Artbyzakia on tiktok and honestly I can't be more thankful my dad loves it and the quality of the apron is so lush .... thank you so much you've made my dad a very happy man xxxx

I ordered a custom hoodie almost two months ago and have not received any sort of updates whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails and direct messages on Instagram and have not gotten any responses. I know that I am being deliberately ignored because your social media activity is very lively. You have stolen a lot of my money and as a Muslim you should be ASHAMED of yourself.

It's really good quality, doubt it will tarnish1- however its really to resize even though its marketed as resizable so its a bit looser than i'd like it to be. I dont want to break it by forcing it to close more but it does not seem that fragile ( not taking any chances though)
