všetko zatiaľ ok. objednal som si dve rovnaké zrkadlá naraz v ten istý deň. jedno mi prišlo už po týždni v piatok 20.11.2020 a druhé dúfam že príde tento týždeň. neviem prečo ich neposlali naraz. troc... Voir plus

The mirror arrived broken - not refunded yet!
The mirror arrived broken. I reported the issue immediately, but even after 20 days, I have received neither a replacement nor a refund. I consider this level of customer service extremely unprofessional, and the way this complaint has been handled feels very unreliable and potentially fraudulent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Dve drahé zrkadlá, dve sklamania
Som veľmi sklamaný zo svojej skúsenosti so spoločnosťou Artforma.
Moje prvé zrkadlo malo už pri doručení problémy s kvalitou. V oblasti displeja (hodiny/meteostanica) bola na povrchu zrkadla jasne viditeľná škvrna a podsvietené písmená a číslice pôsobili zrnito namiesto toho, aby boli ostré. Hoci bol tento problém nakoniec vyriešený, nevyvolalo to vo mne dôveru.
Moja druhá skúsenosť bola, žiaľ, ešte horšia. Po dokončení rekonštrukcie nášho domu sme rozbalili náhradné zrkadlo v hodnote približne 840 €, len aby sme zistili, že sklo je úplne rozbité.
Chápem, že som poškodenie nahlásil až po uplynutí záručnej doby, a oceňujem, že zákaznícka podpora bola počas celej našej komunikácie zdvorilá. Namiesto toho, aby ponúkla primerané riešenie z dobrej vôle, však spoločnosť Artforma moju reklamáciu úplne zamietla a ponúkla mi iba 8 % zľavu na budúci nákup.
Po dvoch problematických skúsenostiach s drahými zrkadlami už nemám dôveru objednať si od spoločnosti Artforma znova, takže takáto zľava pre mňa nemá žiadnu hodnotu.
Nežiadal som o úplné vrátenie peňazí ani o bezplatnú výmenu. Požiadal som len o primeranú čiastočnú kompenzáciu z dôvodu dobrej vôle, no aj to bolo odmietnuté.
Na základe svojich skúseností nemôžem spoločnosť Artforma odporučiť, pokiaľ ide o drahé zrkadlá vyrábané na mieru.

Firma dodala rozbite zrkadlo. Asi dopravca. No po upozorneni, ze je zrkadlo rozbite a teda som si ho nepravzal, firma reagovala velmi zvlastne. Mal som nahanat dopravcu, lebo oni nevedia co sa deje. Ako keby nemali kontakt na dopravcu. Mimochodom nove zrkadlo dodnes nemam a ani neviem ci ho uz vyrobili, ci ho poslali, co sa vlastne deje. A to uz ubehli 3 tyzdne. Hlavne ze maju moje peniaze. Skoda ze tu nie su minusove hviezdicky.

The quality of the mirror is not…
The quality of the mirror is not according to my expectations, cheap LED strip and cheap plastic on the back of the mirror, it is a disappointment for me. If I had seen it somewhere in a showroom, I would never have ordered this cheap piece of mirror sold for a high price. Maybe someone will be satisfied, but we are not.

Unfair complaint policy
I ordered an LED bathroom mirror from Artforma. It arrived with a manufacturing defect on the edge – the light bends there and looks like a drop, but it’s not.
The defect was only visible after installation, yet my complaint was rejected because the mirror was already mounted.
Beautiful design, but very poor customer service and unfair complaint policy. I expected more from a brand that claims to be premium.
