Very comfortable space with a lovely view and tranquil area. The room had plenty of room with a lovely aesthetic, beautiful bed sheets and a lovely material on the blankets that had a soft feathery like quality. The kitchen was lovely with all the novelties of convenient appliances. The host was perfectly hospitable, a bit soft spoken but very respectful and he was easy to contact.

House in a very central area and the room was nicely furnished with new fittings. The agent (Hasan) has been very helpful in sorting any problems promptly when they arise

Fantastic quality of homes, and professional approach to dealing with tenants. Hasan was kind and helpful in not only making sure that all procedures were completed smoothly and hassle-free, but also helped me with making the move to the new flat.

The room I rented was decent regarding its size and there was lots of storage as well. The maintenance process was fast (1-2 working days) compared to what I have experienced with other property agents. Hasan was very helpful and friendly.

Spacious and comfortable rooms in a modern interior, all recently renovated along a quiet street in central Cardiff (15 minute walk from the city centre). All this is accompanied by an excellent agent in Hasan, who is easy to talk to and always finds solutions to problems in a timely manner.

Hassan was so nice and accommodating to get me set up into the house. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Hasan is very friendly and professional. My experience has been amazing with him so far. he is very accommodating and happy to help with anything reasonable. Not sure if this is the case for all the houses or just the one where i am but house is kept really clean and everyone inside is very friendly and respectful and im pretty sure this is because of him as he is really looking for people that are gonna be similar and fit into group. something a lot of other places dont really care about. Dont have any experience with fixing or any issues in the house atm but im sure he will deal with them just as good. Thank you Hasan you made my experience looking for a new place really easy and without a Hussle.

Luxe Dwellings have been very accommodating and helpful especially at the start of my tenancy. If I had any issues they have sorted it quickly and efficiently. The room I rented was in good condition with freshly painted walls, I felt welcome when I moved in. Overall I have had a good experience.

I have been working the Hasan and Luxe Dwellings for the passed couple of months and am very impressed with their services. They have delivered on all their commitments and I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.

Fantastic landlord. I had a great time living in the house managed by Hasan. He made sure I had a smooth transition by providing transport from the train station to the house. Furthermore, he promptly responded to inquiries and resolved any problems in the house. Among the many things I liked about the house were:
1. High-quality room with ample storage
2. Close proximity to shopping malls
3. The house was nicely furnished.

Hasan was really helpful, he even helped me with my luggage from hotel to house. When we feel that something missing at the house, we just told Hasan and he did his best as soon as possible for our comfort. I can totally recommend him.
