Excellent service from start to end.
Very happy with this company, I ordered the asbestos testing kit which arrived quickly with clear instructions on how to obtain the samples. Sent the samples off on a Thursday and received the results on the following Monday. I highly recommend Artisan Surveyors and would definitely use their service again should the need arise.

Efficient service that allowed us to make an informed decision about removal of ceiling in garage. Perhaps a bit more information about regulations re type of asbestos identified would be helpful.

Shame to have to Truspilot review to get my report
Returned sample but only got the report after giving a bad reference on trustpilot. They sent the review link but no report. After the review they forwarded the report and a refund, so I’m late with results but at least not out of pocket.

As you know we have looked into your case and believe you have now received your results. We apologise that in this instance it took 5 working days and not the 2 working days that we advertised. The review request is an automated email from trustpilot that is on a time delay of three weeks after point of purchase, in most cases this is enough time for customers to take their sample send it back to us and receive their results. Thank you for also sending your concerns to us in an email, we appreciate the chance to resolve issues before leaving a review as we believe we are fair and would have resolved your case whether you left a review or not.
