Failed to receive my deposit back after moving out over 6months ago. Customer service is poor once they take your money and it’s very difficult to get hold of them to discuss what’s going on.

I had to move studio spaces at very short notice and the team were very efficient in making this happen for me quickly and smoothly!

The management were very professional and Curtis with all my requests.

Nice Team and Great Choice of spaces
Very helpful team and managed to get me a viewing next day. Going to look at the alternative space they have in Hackney before making a final decision. So far the team and Chaz especially have been very helpful.

Hooligan tenants taking drugs and swearing at 1am!! This is a family residence and we are all afraid due to the music studio. Artistic spaces do nothing!! Horrible people

We take these kinds of allegations seriously. However, we have not been made aware of any such incidents by either our tenants or the building’s managing agent, POD, who are responsible for the wider common parts and site management. To date, no formal complaint has been raised with us directly.
If you are a neighbouring resident and have genuine concerns, we strongly encourage you to contact POD Management so they can raise the matter with us through the proper channels. We can only investigate and take action once a clear, verifiable complaint is received.

Supportive in a fantastic space
They have been very supportive of us through our first year at their wonderful studios. The building at Paynes Wharf is incredible and am very happy to have set foot here.

All bills are included which is great and affordable prices.
Very modern and minimal interior which I love and all my clients also.
My studio located at Stones Studios-Artistic spaces and is 2 minutes from Hackney Wick Overground station.
Great location.
I would recommend to have a view for anyone looking for a studio.

Promises of intercome for almost 2…
Promises of intercome for almost 2 years when I was told it was going to come in a couple of months! Delivery’s stolen and clients left outside as they can’t ring as the building has no phone signal. 1/2 built and footprints on the ceiling no respect for there tenants. How can we run a business if I can’t get delivery’s! I am very disappointed and should of gone with my gut after reading other reviews

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you've experienced frustration regarding the intercom system. While we initially expected installation to happen sooner, this has required third-party consent from the freeholder, which has caused delays outside our direct control. We continue to pursue this and will update tenants as progress is made.
In the meantime, please note that there is a concierge on site who can receive deliveries and hold mail securely to assist with day-to-day access and logistics.
