I purchased this residential service…
I purchased this residential service because I thought you were the best. You have no Idea, what we have been going through with no oven, I placed my claim in October, the part was on back order and my family and I missed Thanksgiving because of this claim, We are about to miss Christmas, not to mention you are offering me $60. I can not purchase a stove for $60 I have waited patiently and I do not think my family should be punished. I have called them so many times and I get no where.

I have been calling and calling and can…
I have been calling and calling and can never get through to anyone to give the new account information for monthly payments. the payment information you have not is not the one I one to use. now that I got my new card information. PLEASE CALL ME SO I CAN UPDATE THIS INFORMATION. The hold time is ridiculous then the systems hangs up on you. the time i have call Dec 14th, 15th and 16th. I still haven't talk to anyone. Very annoying!
