The item does not play, no sound no instructions as to trouble shoot it, I'm very very unhappy with this product, it was a Christmas present! I want a return label and a full refund immediately!

Black custom AirPods
I ordered black custom AirPods and they were very nice. Brand new and it comes with the box and everything. The shipping didn’t take that long either like around two weeks since I ordered from the U.S and this company is located in another country. Overall I was pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
