A Shade Greener Boilers Avis 

sarah at a shade greener has really tried her best for me. its taken over 2 weeks and we are still not sorted but not for her want of trying, its seems parts for my boiler are harder to come by

Woke up this morning to my Shade Greener boiler not working. I've had it 13yrs now and this is the first time it's ever happened. Rang A Shade Greener and go through to someone straight away. Spoke to Scott who was fantastic; professional, efficient and happy to have a joke with you. He diagnosed the fault within 5 minutes over the phone and an hour later an engineer had attended and fixed the fault. Again, friendly, professional and efficient.

Quick and efficient service, Scott acted swiftly to resolve my issue when I stupidly misplaced my thermostat for my Combi boiler and was he polite at all times.

Quick efficient polite person to talk to. Went through instructions over the telephone to see if this sorted the problem. When it didn't an appointment was made for engineer to visit. Brilliant.

Awful company. Was persuaded by a salesman from A Shafe aGreener into purchasing a boiler from them...
Nearly £10,000 with the very high interest finance. I was ripped off couldnt afford it, ended up in debt had to sort a payback plan out etc.
Now, I find out that they've attached there name to my mortgaged house as having proprietorship over my home. How??? I don't know yet.

They, also, did a shabby job when they ut the boiler in and they never rectified it. Now I can't sell my house without their permission! Disgusting.

meany thanks to jodie who very quickly arranged a local boiler repair service to attend, problem was diagnosed and am only waiting for parts to arrive but boiler is usable. but what was appreciated was jodie called to check we had some use of boiler and to confirm parts were on the way. thanks

Lee was brilliant. Clearly understands the business what my needs were and resolved what a team of solicitors could not do in two weeks.

Sarah was really helpful on the phone. Asked me to check a few things on the boiler and then said she’d call me back once she’d spoken to an engineer. Got a call back within 5 minutes with a time for an engineer visit.

Always pretty quick on a call out.

Reported a water leak after a service. The engineer came next day and put said leak right. Excellent performance.

I had a problem with my boiler,they arranged someone to come out from another company,couldn't get the part till Tuesday as it's a bank holiday,been speaking to Lee he's been amazing been so nice and helpful can't thank him enough thanks Lee😁

Abysmal, use these clowns at your peril.
Broke terms of the contract from day one and months after finally finishing paying the account off, they STILL haven’t taken the charge off our house with the Land Registry. Financial Ombudsman is now reviewing the case, next step we will be instructing lawyers.
You will regret ever using these people. I don’t know how they are still allowed to trade. Checkout the Facebook groups if you want the real story.

I rang today to pay my boiler account off. The call was answered by a gentleman called Lee, he was very helpful and very clear when asking me the questions and most of all he was very polite.

Reported the problem in the morning got a same day appointment. Rob the engineer notified me of a time of arrival and was prompt. Sorted problem within the hour. He was clean, polite and efficient. Excellent service.

Rob turned up within the specified time. Was courteous and polite. Left the area clean. Excellent service

Excellent customer service from start to finish, tried troubleshooting on the phone,when that didn’t work,got engineer out for the next day.
Rob the engineer was here 1st thing, polite,Friendly,efficient & left everything clean& tidy.

It would appear that no one was manning the phone at the weekend as only able to leave a message on the Saturday and Sunday. Having said that I was contacted first thing Monday morning and Rob attended on Tuesday. I was very happy with Rob's work. He was very friendly and corrected the fault. I would have given 5 stars for Rob.
