Expectations from potential renters are way out of limits. Asking for 30 times salary to be considered for a rental property is a joke. It’s not a mortgage!

We are sorry to hear of your frustration, however, we have to abide by the criteria set out by the referencing company. This criteria is similar for most referencing companies who set the affordability calculations at 30 times the monthly rent. This is not something that is in our control. It is very unfortunate that you were unable to make it to the property, I have listened to the calls and checked the notes on the system and our colleague waited at the property for over half an hour for you, it is not within our remit to ensure viewers journeys are planned and you were given the same directions as the other 9 viewings that were carried out successfully. With regards to the condition of the property we find this somewhat confusing that you feel it is run down, as you did not attend. All at Ashton Reeves wish you the best of luck with your search.

I called to make enquiry and I was attended to and followed up with email and text messages. I got reminders for my viewing and that's great. The picture of the property I saw online was very close to what I saw during viewing.

Went to view property with Serena
Went to view property, Serena showed me around,all of the house,ie kitchen living room garden.
Any questions i had she answered them.
On filling application,if i got stuck i just call her.
