My order never arrived even though tracking said delivered.
Ive tried to email all the corresponding email addresses and no replies and no refund. They are a China company and definitely NOT UK as stated.
Avoid being scammed.

If I could give this no stars I would. I did think it was too good to be true at the time and I was right. Had a message well over a month ago from UK asos to say my order had been dispatched . I haven’t received anything ( even though the tracking says it’s been delivered), and I can’t get hold of them either. Luckily I only spent £22 but this site is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! ( best sale. )

Ordered and received clothes but unable to get a refund and asos customer care don’t help. I’m going to raise a dispute with bank as given them weeks and done chasing now

I placed an order for many items back at the beginning of june. It said that my items have been delivered, but they never were or have been. I have tried serveral times to email this company, but it keeps bouncing back. I'm very annoyed as this was holiday clothes that never showed up. I don't know how to go about getting my money back either. Any advice would be much appreciated thank you.

Ordered 6 items, tracked them and showing as delivered but nothing has arrived. I’ve tried to contact via email several times but no reply. Lesson learnt…if it looks too good to be true, it probably is 😠

Said items delivered but I have not received my, emailed several times but had no response!

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I received a reply to only one of my emails, and all subsequent messages have been ignored. I returned the parcel 6 weeks ago, yet I have not received my refund. This delay and lack of communication is unacceptable for any business.

Still waiting for my order says its been delivered on the tracking page but havent received it carnt find anything to ask them were my parcel is been waiting for ages for it

Really disappointed with my experience with the ASOS Sample Sale this time. I returned a pair of trainers on 30 May, and the last update I got was on 2 June saying the return reached the local hub. Since then — nothing. No updates, no refund, and no way to contact anyone.

This was my second time ordering. First time was fine since I didn’t return anything, but this return process has been a mess. If you’re not 100% sure about an item, especially if it’s expensive, don’t buy it — the return process is a nightmare. Still waiting to get my money back…

Very bad service. Very difficult refund process, takes ages and always have to chase.

Second time now I've placed an ordered for Evri to apparently receive it, just for it to never be delivered. I believe it's a case of ASOS Sample Sale putting through orders when they actually don't have the stock, as I find it hard to believe that for the second time Evri has failed to deliver my parcel. Yeah, having dodgy courier drivers could be realistic... but at the same time it is strange that is happened twice when ordering specifically from the Sample Sale, and I've had orders through Evri come through from ASOS alone, and other stores just fine. Evri are crap for the most part but I am sure there is something unprofessional going on with ASOS Sample Sale. Where is my refund?!

Returned items over a month ago, also contacted customer care and heard absolutely nothing. Lost my money as not had a refund and as I sent the items back no longer have them either. Avoid!

Claimed in comms (i.e their email newsletters) that the sale would go live at 10am. I had tabs open from the night before of the items I wanted to purchase but at 10am these items never became available, so either they were falsely listed or were on sale earlier than 10am. Other sellers said they were able to check out at 9:30am, so it’s been really misleading and unfair.

I am so disappointed. I ordered three items and only one was the actual correct thing. The dress that I ordered was supposed to be a cute summery dress from & other stories however, I received an ugly Victorian style dress that was totally different from the photos. I also ordered a white long sleeve top but instead received a boxy, large, short sleeve t shirt instead.

Still haven’t received my parcel from over a month ago, emailed them multiple times and have had no response

Really confused on why they tell people it’s live at a specific time yet when you go to the site at that exact time most items are already sold out? They’re either falsely advertising these items to gain traffic to the page then when the sale goes live you realise those items in the preview were never going to be offered for sale, or they’re giving certain people access beforehand while everyone else is stuck with whatever is left, if anything. Bit of a disappointment and waste of time really, and I don’t think it will bring more people to the main site but actually deter them from it. ASOS used to be a reputable website and now it’s like any other, always lagging and glitching.

Terrible! I'm pretty sure it's a scam to make you look through the stuff they can't sell by adding bait items from more well known brands. I've always logged on as soon as the sale is "open" and low and behold... all the branded stuff are "out of stock" and it's only within a 1 minute! I honestly don't believe it. Also, the filter function doesn't always work which then delays the whole process... I've given up as it's always the rubbish stuff left behind and this is all within 5 minutes of the sale opening. Don't be fooled unless you genuinely want to grab the left overs.

Every item was sold before the sale time. They either give people access beforehand Or more likely it's false advertising, designed to make you then look for that item on ASOS.

It’s an absolutely fake advertisement to customers for bargain. I received many advertisements and today I tried to buy some cloths on this website but it says sold out all the time even the shop online stated 10am and I was 5min early. Totally wasted my time 🤮🤮

Waste of time really, how are humans supposed to compete with bots? 10am on the dot and most items are sold out. All over social media there are pages promoting asos sample sale bots. I was on the page of what I wanted from last night so I didn’t have to navigate and could potentially get the item but bots win as always
