Absolute trash. The worst of the worst. I bet monkeys would be able to handle the website better. I asked where my order is and the agent replied "I'm so sorry you want a cancellation, so I'll refund you and cancel the order". WHERE ON EARTH DID I SAY I WANT A CANCELLATION?! I swear, these people can't even read. In January I asked them to inform me about my order. I typed the email address wrong and I wasn't getting any updates. They kept giving me information about the other orders I placed. Do they actually not understand English or what? They cannot be for real. They are the most incompetent people I've ever encountered. I asked where the order is. I expect and answer saying "your order is on the way" or something. Not a cancellation. This is so trash, it's embarrassing. I hope they fire everyone and get new agents because this situation is pathetic.

What a joke
Placed an order of 17 items on the 17th January just after the sample sale launched. I then placed another order of 11 items on the 18th but accidently ordered something from the previous order which would have left me with a duplicate dress.
Last night (19th January) my second order was shipped. Today (20th), got an email saying all 17 items in my first order were being refunded with no explanation. I've also noticed others have had the same thing happen to them.
If it's a stock issue how come the duplicate dress was available? If it wasn't available for the first order how is it being sent to me in the second order? Or am I going to have to expect missing items???
They held my money for 3 days for items that weren't ever going to be sent. It's getting impossible to buy anything even from supposedly "reputable" companies. Everything is a scam and it's super tedious.
I'm now wondering whether there will be an issue with my second order... will update if anything happens.

Made 2 separate orders and received both quickly (2 days later), absolutely love the items and have no complaints. Sizing (except for 1 item) was spot on, dresses are gorgeous, will buy from again.

Really difficult to get a refund, they don’t register it and then when you try and chase them they avoid refunding or eventually do but make you jump through hoops to get it. Great stuff on sale but I wouldn’t bother trying to return as it’s just a hassle.
My most recent return appears to be completely gone and they now can’t find my order. I have given up trying to chase order but will certainly avoid ordering again.
BEWARE - They don’t process returns or refunds
I have been placing orders with ASOS Sample Sale for the past year, and every time I’ve made a return, I’ve had to chase up my refund. This time, I’ve decided to speak out, as I’ve sent multiple parcels back since July, and they have completely ignored them and failed to process any refunds.
I’ve emailed them, and although I provided order numbers and completed the necessary returns forms, they responded by asking me to list every single item I’ve returned—something they can clearly verify for themselves. They haven’t responded yet, even with all the information I have provided.
I’m now considering taking this to the consumer ombudsman, as this isn’t the first time they’ve ignored a return until I’ve chased it up. It makes me wonder how many other customers they are doing this to—how many returns are being ignored? How much money is being held onto fraudulently?
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING AND RETURNING!

Only parts of my order arrived and I had to keep emailing the customer service - each time I’d get the same response back asking for the same information! Also all the things sell out fast - it’s just a poor experience.
Terrible customer service.
Waited a week for my order. No delivery. Tracking(Evri of course...) says it is now going back to the sender. Contacted ASOS sample sale custome care multiple times who said just to wait. Now I'm out of pocket, with no items, and no customer service. Refund please. Now all the items are sold out there is no way of replacing my lost order. Gutted and won't be using again.

Bought some boots on asos sample sale they came and had orange rust stains all over them. I contacted asos for a return and the only way you can return is if you print label off yourself. I dont have a printer and i am not anywere near a place that does. So now im left with these boots that cant even be worn or sold on. Not happy

Terrible - ordered with plenty of time 2 days before the sale ended but then when it did end I was emailed with no explanation saying my entire order of 13 items was to be refunded. When I chased up they said it was to do with stock issues!

Sizing so inaccurate
I have ordered 3 times now and the sizing is so off!! Nothing ever fits. Last order a size 14 skirted ordered, I am a size 12. It wouldn’t even come up over my thighs never again!!

Like many others, I also ordered on 24 August 2024 and it's now 30 September and I still don't have my order, nor a refund.
I have emailed their customer service about 10 times and I have got nowhere. They state it's an IT fault and they're looking into it.
Highly recommend that you avoid buying from the asos sample sale.
My next step is a complaint to trading standards. This is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I seem to be in the minority but I am very happy with my experiences. Placed one order end of August which didn't end up fitting so I sent it back for a refund. All easy to do and my parcel arrived back at their hub within 10 days of me returning it. I did have to chase the refund as they were being a bit slow, but I just filled out the contact form on their website and got a reply within 3 hours. Refund processed another hour later. Another order placed end of September and goods arrived only 3 (parcel 1) or 5 (parcel 2) days later, including over weekend. Keeping everything in this order! Some right bargains to be had as well!
Order never received, won't refund
I've ordered before and received everything quickly.
Ordered again around 24th August, spending over £200 and the order never arrived, no tracking information. Emailed multiple times, first told it 'hadnt been despatched' weeks after the order date but that they couldn't refund me and needed to look into it. They said they'd get back to me but didn't. Emailed again they said there was a technical fault and still couldn't do anything and had passed to a manager and they'd be in touch. Another week went by so I've started a claim with my credit company.
