The website provides plenty of information and guidance and getting a quote through to confirming the insurance policy was straight forward. I hope never to need the insurance, so unable to comment on service or reliability, but it's peace of mind knowing that it is their in the background.

The advisor was helpful and friendly and followed up on the claim to ensure everything was in place. However the system used to upload documents was clunky and the layout was difficult to use on a mobile phone.
