Assistancedogregistry Avis 20

Registered 18 days ago. Was told registry welcome package with ID tags etc was being posted on 8th May but it was not posted. Contacted them again today as still not received this - was informed it was on the way and a tracking number included. Reply also stated “tracking number will not become active until 5-7pm today”. At 9pm I checked the tracking number only to read it was not active yet and to check with seller! They took my money on 27th April immediately - but don’t seem to want to send out my items!

Update:
Have now had communication from Assistance Dogs Registry and package finally posted and received now. Really happy with registration pack and that it has finally arrived.

The information regarding the legal rights of an assistance dog are extremely helpful. The website is easy to use and very informative.

Applied weeks ago & I have not received anything.
They deducted £60 from my bank immediately but have not responded to any emails. Unable to talk to a human.
Sadly, it looks like I have been scammed.

I have received my lifelong package and am really delighted with the contents. The ID cards are brilliant and I love the option to use the QR code to access the database with information about me and my dog. This will be super helpful if anyone needs further verification of my dog’s role. Communication with the company has been excellent. A great service. Thank you.

Very clear website, easy to understand all elements.
Application process very straightforward and response is very prompt.
It would be ideal if the vests for the dogs were of a breathable mesh-type rather than full nylon; it’s been very warm today and the dogs don’t need an unventilated vest in this heat. Not a criticism, just a constructive suggestion!

I’ve been signed up for over 2 weeks on the premium plan and still yet to receive the ID cards and other stuff that they said was included. Tried emailing numerous times no answer and also tried the chat which doesn’t seem to have any humans on. The number provided in the payment email just goes to voicemail. Feels like a scam

Easy to upload photos and information required. All info that I required was given. Even though the cards etc aren't a legal requirement, it's amazing how much easier it is to go in ships, hospitals etc. Just need to educate the odd ignorant person and the cars help with this, also order the card that explains the law on service dogs. Recommend this to anyone that asks how I got him registered

So easy to register, as a mental health sufferer it’s a case of people often thinking they can’t see it so I can’t have it.

Signed up to a monthly plan, ordered an id card and high vis vest...got another id card with vest (would have been better to have a different card) and vest size is a little off..so had to adjust it.. but otherwise..impressed with the resources and support articles.
