Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid Ateex.Cloud at All Costs
My experience with Ateex.Cloud has been nothing short of disastrous. After signing up for their “Ryzen” hosting, I was shocked to find they actually use outdated Intel Xeon CPUs, not what they advertise. Support is practically non-existent—my tickets and emails were ignored for days. When I complained, they suspended my account without warning and refused any refund.
Server downtimes were frequent, sometimes lasting hours, and I even lost my server data once with no explanation or compensation. Attempts to get help on Discord were met with rude responses or bans. Ateex.Cloud claims to be linked to “AlareX,” but there’s no proof this company is even real.
To make matters worse, their business isn’t properly registered and seems connected to shady extensions or cracked software. The service is extremely slow (I/O speeds are terrible, sometimes just 1MB/s), and it’s obvious they’re overselling their servers.
I would not recommend Ateex.Cloud to anyone save your money, time, and data by choosing a reputable provider instead.

Support team is not good
Support team is not good, bunch of amateurs, inexperienced people. Won't recommend buying from here, not for expert usage. It also looks like they resell pterodactyl addons and also use leaked pterodactyl extensions on their panel. I wish I could've attached proofs here. Only use them if you want your data on the next data breach. They're not even a registered business. They say they are a subsidiary of "AlareX" but nothing like that exists in real life, misleading customers and viewers. The owner uses abusive language and suspends server when talking against them, this is not at all how any good business behaves.

1MB/s IO limit
Apparently, they think 1MB/s IO limit for webhosting is completely normal.
Bought webhosting 2-3 months ago it was fine and i could upload files with full speed of my internet(100Mbps).
Checked again on 20-02-2024 and saw max upload speed of 100-120 kbps. Turned out they limited the IO limit to 1MB/s in cPanel and saying its completely normal for any use case.
Can you believe it 1MB/s in this age.
Suggest you go for some trusted providers instead.
Update : (22-02-2025)
They suspended my account for reporting this without any refund and notification.
