Absolute Scam!

I contacted this company on 19/06/2024 stating their server was down. I have since been trying to get my server put back online but they haven't yet as of today. Their whole node is down and they told me it was because of a datacenter being under maintenance. I understood so I didn't press the issue further. They told me no ETA was given. I then investigated further and found their host. Their host stated no issues at all and no planned maintenance had occured, so this was a lie from them. I have pinged them continuously and was promised a resolution, was promised to move nodes etc but at this point it just seems like they are doing some very shady business. Stay away at all cost.

Great pricing.

Great stuff. An amazing service for a very low price. Low latency, fast servers, no downtime. I would highly recommend this host as you get a lot for a very low price.

Worst Hosting

I purchased a hosting service from ateex.cloud expecting access to a server management panel. I confirmed their refund policy beforehand, which allows for cancellations within 24 hours. However, after purchasing, I was unable to access the server due to invalid login credentials. This was especially frustrating as I've had positive experiences with other hosting providers who offered better technical support.

Further compounding the issue, my attempts to open a support ticket on their Discord server went unanswered. This lack of communication after my payment raised significant concerns.

Update: May 3rd, 2024

Since my initial purchase, the server has experienced near-constant downtime (approximately 99%). I requested a refund via Discord due to the service malfunction, but haven't received a response.

Additionally, I paid extra for access to default ports 19132 and 25565, but was only granted access to one. Despite reaching out to official support channels, the second port remains unavailable.

Overall, my experience with ateex.cloud has been very negative. The combination of server issues, lack of support, and unfulfilled service promises has left me dissatisfied.

Terrible company and support

I've recently paid for and haven't received an India-based VPS machine that I've been waiting almost 3 days for. I believe I've given them a chance in waiting for these 48+ hours. They gave me no estimated time. I opened a ticket in their Discord server which was no help. In these past 50+ hours I haven't heard a word until I mentioned I wanted my money back. I requested contact for their legal team so I could file a lawsuit, but this company apparently doesn't have one which makes them not trustworthy whatsoever.

DO NOT TRUST THIS "COMPANY" THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
