They are dropshippers, you pay a lot of money and when the package arrives you have to pay extra costs to customs. DONT ORDER HERE!!

I ordered 16 items of table ware from this company on the 5th March which totalled £197. On the 13th March I received a huge parcel, this turned out to be 4 desert bowls & 4 side plates wrapped in 5 layers of boxes & torn cardboard as insulation. I called the company 3 times & emailed once to try and find out what had happened to the rest of my order. I finally got a call back at 5:55 that day from Caroline, she said the other items I ordered weren’t in stock and I would have to wait 10 days for them to come, despite the website stating all items were in stock. She also asked why I didn’t try buying them somewhere else more local to me, a strange thing to say, but I said because she was the only site that had all the items available and I wanted to get them as soon as possible. She agreed she would have them delivered to me within a fortnight. It’s is now the 30th, still no more items, I asked where they were as it’s now over a fortnight as promised, she said she had sent me 4 more plates which should come soon but the other items are now not available until may! She also told me to try tracking my parcel however the tracking link supplied just takes me to a PDF of my order invoice... I have asked for a refund on these items that are not coming, I am yet to recieve my refund and she hasn’t even bothered to reply my email. I won’t bother using this site again, and I would advise others not too either, hard to get in touch with if you have an issue and absolutely no communication to let you know about your items not coming!
