i've given them a few chances now, and to be real the item looked nothing like the listing pictures which completely ruined the whole purchase for me. Learned my lesson the hard way.

My friend ordered a shirt online and had it sent to the store for pick up. She called the Mapleview mall store in Burlington Ontario and asked if it would be OK if a friend of hers (me) could pick it up. She was told NO because she needs to provide photo ID when she picks up the shirt. I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous! It’s not like she’s picking up prescription medication or a high value item. The shirt cost under $30. I mean seriously!!?? Being a regular shopper of the store, I will NEVER shop there again and I’m sure my friend won’t either. I’LL CONTINUE TO SHOP AT LULULEMON WHERE THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM ALLOWING YOU TO PICK UP AN ITEM FOR A FRIEND.

I have always had good experiences as a customer. Products arrive, are as described, and are generally "new," which is to say that I get a lot of clothes that have clearly been tried on and rejected, thrown into a bag, and sent on to me. I understand the demands of a global economy on businesses and am not surprised at the - shall we say - efficiency of its employees. Can you imagine the relentless repetitiveness of a returns employee's job?
This review is about the conduct of the company in its online reviews. Company employees are obviously leaving dozens upon dozens of fake reviews to boost the overall rating of its pieces. This, almost more than anything else, brings down Athleta's reputation in my mind. Harried employees trying to get products out is one thing. Employees leaving fake reviews is another. I have no doubt they're getting paid for each fake review they leave. What other motivation could there be? Going into the reviews section in search of real feedback is now a fool's errand, and is a nail in the coffin of this branch of Gap, inc. This kind of underhand behavior may attract or not bother some people, but it's too awful to me. The lack of subtlety, the overt lying, the disinterest in letting real reviewers' experiences be known.
What a shame. When I first started shopping at Athleta, none of this business of used clothing getting sent out, and fake reviews, was going on.
The fake reviews are a last straw for me. Integrity right down the toilet.

For sliders. Took ages to arrive.
Once srrived no logo on the sliders. The item clearly has come direct from china. Customer services tried offering me a £30, credit note and 20%, of my next order ( instead of sending the sliders back) I declined anc wanted a full refund and to return the fake item. Customer services sent me a link for a return form ( which did not work) then there was no response after that.

Well, I would like to say something about the pants I ordered but I can’t as I don’t have them, neither does UPS or USPS. Athleta, states that whatever tracking I see is what they would see so they can’t help, I need to try and contact the USPS and find my order which has disappeared into the ether for the last week. Seems Athleta needs to find a better delivery method.

What went right is that customer service was kind helpful and patient
what went wrong is that I ordered 7 items. the package arrived with 6 items and 5 items in the package were NOT ordered by me. there was one item that I actually ordered. had to spend 30 min resolving on the phone because it was impossible to do the returns online since nothing is set up for a complete breakdown. another week until I receive my new package...crossing fingers

I find Athleta products to be extremely well-made and they hold up very well. They’re comfortable and I think very attractive. The fit appears to be accurate. If you have a local physical store, they will take returns from the online shopping site.They are pricey, but the company frequently will run sales. I do recommend this company in their products.

Ordered Athleta endless pant for a trip all highly praised by you tubers. They arrived as the barrel style a option not provided in australia and even though I sized down are HUGE and way too short. As they were on sale no returns. So disappointed. Waited a month for delivery

The clothing falls apart after just a few washings. They sell cheap materials unlike their lululrmon line. I will never buy there again.

They skimp on mail service they use. Highly unreliable. Order does not arrive on time,
Multiple date changes on delivery. My package may be lost and I’ll have to file a claim.

First, I love that they have tall styles. My leggings from them have lasted better than my Lulus, and the quality of the fabric is so much better. My recent align and wonder purchases are already pilling where my son sits on my hip. The Athleta leggings are still great and have that buttery softness while having better compression.

I ordered a pair of leggings from your website at a listed price of $94.99. However, when I received the item, the price tag on the leggings clearly read $59.99, which I understand is the in-store price.
This means I was charged $35 more simply for purchasing online. I find this deeply unfair and unacceptable. Customers who shop online should not be penalized or charged significantly more than those who purchase the same item in-store.
At a minimum, pricing should be transparent and consistent. Charging a higher online price without clearly disclosing that it exceeds the in-store price raises serious concerns about fairness and consumer protection. From my understanding, such pricing practices may also conflict with consumer rights and fair trade standards.
I sent a complaint letter to the company. It has been 3 months, and there have been no responses at all.

I was in the store Saturday and purchase a nice amount of items due the sales person who had short hair and headset that kept abruptly cutting me off in the store without one word of apology I am strongly thinking about returning each piece of merchandise I purchase

This is in regard to an online purchase. I received an 80% off Mother’s Day offer from Athleta and went shopping online. When I tried to check out and pay, it told me they were checking on a fraud report. I kept getting notices and I kept confirming that I indeed made the purchase, but to no avail, I was unable to pay. I called customer service and they said that they were unable to reach the fraud department because they were down for maintenance. I called the next day and finally got the erroneous fraud notice taken off. When I went back to order, the 80% off was no longer available and many of the items I was going to buy were no longer available in my size.

I am beyond frustrated with this situation that was not of my making. It’s bad enough that Athleta quality, variety and sizing are ridiculously inconsistent. This was just the last straw. I’m never using them again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have spent so much money at Athleta over the years but now I'm done with them. Every shipment is late. The overall quality of their clothing has tanked, from inconsistencies in sizing, and colors to design flaws. But my main gripe is that YOU CAN NO LONGER REACH A HUMAN BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is totally unacceptable. They have lost my business.

Athleta chose to have LaserShip/OnTrac deliver our order. It was delivered to the wrong address. They submitted a delivery photo that is CLEARLY not our house/door. In fact, there is not a single house in our entire neighborhood with a door like the one in their photo. We contacted Athleta and reported the misdelivery. They said they were 'rejecting' our claim, and advised us to file a chargeback with our credit card. Chargeback filed! It's a slam-dunk win for us. Athleta very obviously doesn't care about its customers. They either don't bother to check the gps stamp with the delivery photo, or they do, and they just don't care when it doesn't match. Shameful company. We won't be making purchases from Athleta ever again. Buyer Beware.

Sadly, my items have shown as 'shipped' but awaiting pick up from carrier for 10 days. When I reached out to Customer Service (a bot) and asked for human, I was transferred to another Bot who gave me a link to 'apply' for a refund. I had asked for a yes or no answer as to whether my items had actually been shipped and they were reluctant to say. Finally I was offered an opportunity for the Bot to request a refund and told to wait ten days for it to process.
I've been a frequent Athleta customer for several years, but after experiencing this frustration and reading reviews, I'm going to look for another leggings source!
My advise to Athleta is to fulfill your orders! Don't offer items on sale if you have no intention of shipping those items!

I've made several purchases, sizing is inconsistent and quality varies. The lightweight ankle waist pants are too light, see through and wrinkles alot. And colors don't match what is online.

I purchased some sweatpants from Athleta and even after several washes, I keep finding black little fabric pieces on me and all over my floor. They also seem huge and I haven't lost weight and they are a small.
