Established in 1972, Atlantic Electrics has been in business for over 45 years, and is still owned and run by the original family members! Originally based in Willesden Green, North London, we repaired and sold TV's from a small shop on the High Road. As the home entertainment industry exploded during the 80's and 90's we remained at the cutting edge. At the start of the 00's we expanded further with the creation of a dedicated DJ business in the heart of London - Westend DJ. The current head office and warehouse was acquired in 2000 and is now the flagship store for the company covering TV, audio, home appliances, Kitchen furniture store and smart home.

A Great Experience of Buying Electric Appliances…

After a lengthy search on varies websites I identified Atlantic Electrics & Appliances which is one of Euronics buying group's.
After a phone call to Shamoon I decided to call at the shop in North Circular Rd London, taking a 21/2 hours trip, and was received by Rineh.
It was a friendly and easy chat with no pressure exerted on a potential customer. I picked a Blomberg Integrated Washer Dryer, which I have pre-decided, and a Bosch Built-in single electric oven.
I was given discount on both appliances, totaling a good £118, on the websites prices, and moreover the appliance could be in the shop just 2 days later, and received a call from Shamoon Friday afternoon, 12/07, that the 2 orders were in the shop ready for delivery.
My long term engineer/plumber, Peter, did the disconnection, and connections for the appliances, the following Monday/Tuesday.
The delivery/recycling costs was £10 a piece, which was a very big surprise to me, compared to buying from John Lewis, etc, and they both come with a FREE 5 YEARS WARRANTY, while I might have to pay an extra £100+ for an additional 3 years warranty, if I bought them from the Big Boys.
That was a very friendly, easy going and no pressure buying process, and on top of the discounts, and the efficiency and time lag I have never come across before.
I will go back to them again!

Atlantic Electrics are ALWAYS excellent!!!

Atlantic Electrics are always excellent on service and speed! They are my first stop when I'm looking for things electrical AND they accept clearpay, which is a MASSIVE bonus I think! They deliver fast and also do NOT use Hermes/Evri for the deliveries which is awesome!!! (As they are the worst delivery firm ever)

So I can't recommend AE any higher, really I can't.

Very good service delivered within the timescale offered.
Received and set up with no problems.
Happy to order again should I need any further products.

Hello,

I spoke to you when you originally received the item.

It was mislabelled as a black product by us, and we did arrange to have this collected back from you and to issue a refund.

You then informed us that your wife liked the grey colour and that you were happy to keep this item.

With your approval, I then reissued your invoice copy to show that you purchased a grey one.
