Atlantic Timber are a very good company to buy from, I ordered some wood that they didn't have but they suggested an excellent replacement that having sawn through I know will last well and do the job I need it to. I also bought various single bits of fencing to repair some broken pieces we have and all was very well priced with speedy delivery and incredibly well packaged! I highly recommend them!

I paid over £9 for a piece of softwood full of knots. Not happy

Réponse de Atlantic Timber
Hi Mr Franklin, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the quality of the softwood you received. As softwood is a natural product knots are expected, however, if you felt that the piece you received had more knots than reasonably expected, we would have been more than happy to assess and offer a replacement or refund. Thanks.
Great window boards
Very quick delivery and very well packaged. Good quality pine.I bought two window boards to make two shelves. The only complaint I have is where they are cut it has splintered. Hopefully I can sand it out. Which is why I gave four stars.Would definitely buy from here again.

Réponse de Atlantic Timber
Hi Clare, thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the boards were splintered. While this can happen when cutting a natural material, we aim to keep the sanding our customers need to do to a minimum. Let us know if you can't sand it out and we will send you a replacement. Thanks.
