Réponse de Atlas Refurb & Repair LTD
Good morning, please accept our apologies for this oversight, i have asked our accounts department to raise a vat invoice as a matter of urgency. Can i ask how you have been trying to contact us? Have you been calling the office, if so who have you spoken to, if you've been emailing, can you confirm the email address? When i have the information i will look into this matter.

Cannot recommend this company highly…
Cannot recommend this company highly enough. The purchase was simple and the Milwaukee tool was delivered within 2 days. I could not tell that this had been refurbished as it looks brand new, but over £100 cheaper than anyone else. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Think twice, fishy vat
Vat dodgers. They charge full 20% vat on there refurbished tools, yet fail to provide a vat number or a vat receipt. Maybe the tax man’s visit is overdue.
Not as cheap as they seem either, because you have to understand a like for like product from an authorised Milwaukee dealer is only marginally more expensive but you benefit from a 3year warranty which is invaluable.

Réponse de Atlas Refurb & Repair LTD
I can assure you there is nothing "fishy" about Atlas Refurb & Repair Ltd, we are VAT registered and will supply a VAT invoice including our VAT number however i can't check your details as we have no records of an order from Waq Light and no record of you contacting us with any queries, if you can contact us we will look into this as a matter of urgency. Regarding the service Atlas Refurb & Repair give our customer please check any/all of our previous revues.
