Wrong delivery address
The lawn mower I ordered was fine the problem was it was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to what was listed as the billing address (which is actually incorrect as I had moved) and not the delivery address. Luckily I managed to work out what had happened and went and collected it. Good thing I have a car

Super quick service this company could not have been any more helpful, I did not speak to Angela but my wife said she was most helpful and polite on the phone to her, there are a lot of firms that could take a leaf out ofn their book

Returning customer
Returning customer. Another excellent product at an excellent price. Customer service was great dealing with shipping carrier issues which was beyond frustrating. That’s the only reason for 4 stars this time.

First class service
I had never heard of the company, but was searching for a Milwaukee pipe cutter they had a refurbished unit for sale at a great price, you can’t tell it’s refurbed apart a couple of marks on the battery. I had first class service with regards to dispatch and delivery times, I highly recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
