I got coins from there sinners kickstarter and the sight has nothing I can spend them on every tab I tried was either empty of gave a 404 error

The site tends to hide all of the items in the shop after I log in, its pretty odd.

That and the categories can be confusing. There are days I just want an alphabetical list to go through.

Ordered resin for 3d printing. Item shipped same day, and arrived quickly. Resin was securely packaged to prevent leakage as well as possible damage to container.

Fantastic customer service! My initial order was shipped to the wrong address, but they sent me another one. I can't wait to print some minis with this resin. Definitely gained a lifelong customer.

Not sure how shipping pricing is managed, but now I'm charged 20$ for a NL to NL shipment which I know costs about 13 euro for packages above 10kg. Other than that I'm satisfied with this all getting my materials shipped from my home country and will order again when I run out.

Ordered the resin, selling point was more pigment. This resin was very thin and semi-translucent. Printed a few test prints, using recommended settings, prints come out very brittle and looks like a lot of light bleed going on. Print quality seems to be ok when it works, not a fan of the finicky nature or the aethetic of the prints, will not buy more.

Excellent resin at a great value. As with any resin, it took a few test prints to dial it in. I had 2 failed tests, ended up around 4.1s exposure on my M3 (slowest resin so far), prints were almost always perfect from there out. Great strength and detail balance, my own support methods are geared towards a softer resin, I believe, so I had some issues with manual supports but those are user error I think, the prints were stull succesful. Some really fine details became brittler than I liked, but I imagine I can play with the exposure a little from model to model. Overall, it's great resin for dimensionally accurate, detailed models that I feel safe to use in tabletop play. I will be making additional purchases, however I need to pay for an all-in Aldarra Arcanite pledge first. Cheers!

I was able to find several models that were interesting, the site was easy to navigate, and things were smooth.

2 things I would suggest:

1. Figure out how to setup the checkout process so coins and purchases can be done in the same transaction. Two transactions was fine, but I imagine I will not be the only person to ever try it.

2. Check your links to the files periodically. I tried to download a file and the link was broken. Even after contacting customer support, they also had a broken link. The 2nd link the customer support team sent did.

Fantastic resin. I have been using the new resin almost exclusively (besides needing clear) since the kickstarter and couldn't be happier with the quality of prints

Atlas has managed to add top notch quality to every aspect of the 3D printing market they touch. Their supports are always reliable, the models on the site are impressive and enjoyable to paint, and the resin is top-notch stuff (I've bought six bags so far - including the kickstarter).

I'm sorry but your site really sucks (I'm talking about the search and buy stl part the rest is fine but since it's the stl part I'm using and interested in....).

The interface is not pleasant to use it's a category, in a category, in a category so for navigation it's slow and not practical. There are mixed with stl files physical objects to be paid in dollars, but what is the use of AC coins if we can't use them on all your site and what are they doing in the part linked to stl?
Purchased stl's don't have thumbnails in the dashboard/downloads. When you buy a stl it goes into the download section and you have a list of all the stl's very nice but something cleaner and more practical would be interesting because with just the name of the stl, it doesn't really say anything about what the stl is and what it looks like.
The last point is, in the bundle part there are stl's alone, what are they doing there?

I don't know if that sounded like a rager but I'm just showing the annoying points without being angry, just to show you what's blocking from my point of view, the categories need to be re-cleaned and the user interface needs to be redone from my point of view.

In any case thank you for your services despite these points, the choice of stl is there and your resin is top quality.
