Not sure how shipping pricing is managed, but now I'm charged 20$ for a NL to NL shipment which I know costs about 13 euro for packages above 10kg. Other than that I'm satisfied with this all getting... Voir plus

I havnt had much luck with this resin…
I havnt had much luck with this resin also in lychee under creality halt sky there is no settings for the vulcan resin. I'd say over 3/4 of the 3litres I purchased ended up in the garbage unfortunately.

Unprofessional
I backed the resin kickstarter and am YET to receive the items or even any word on the delay. I am utterly disappointed in this company.

Hey Shawn, im sorry to hear that you have not recieved your resin - some of our backers orders were glitched by our pluggin - I have looked into this - and yours is one of those orders - ive dispatched it to be regnerated with Amazon this week.
We have issued monthly notices via Kickstarter and weekly/daily messages via our discord.

The models that are available are high quality. the resin took longer than expected to arrive but that's ok since it was a kickstarter.

Excellent products and fantastic customer support. Even with my shipment getting lost in the mail, Atlas was quick to respond and help get the package redirected for delivery! Vulcan resin has been noting but fantastic prints like a charm, easy to calibrate and incredibly durable.

The store functions okay enough
The store functions okay enough. The categories are a bit confusing to navigate on mobile, haven't tried a desktop browser. There aren't a whole lot of models I'm interested in.

Bought $5 AtlasCoin, can't use it
I tried a test to buy a $5 AtlasCoin to get a 5.0 AtlasCoin stl set. Got charged for the coin but can't use it. Not very happy.
UPDATE:You have a $3, $4 or $5 option for the coins but nowhere does it say that the 5.0 in AtlasCoins equals 5 actual coins or the equivalent of $5 in coins. Very misleading. So I have to buy 5 separate coins at 3, 4 or 5 US$ each to get an stl file for $5.0 AtlasCoins making it $15 - $25 US. This makes little sense to me. Put a $value on it and make the AtlasCoins earned or bought $value equivalent. So from what I bought in coin it just means I bought a coin I could just as well bought the $3 and saved myself almost half the price on the file overall. Again, nowhere could I find on the site a definitive answer to the question on how much the AtlasCoin set was worth but I kept seeing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc coin values on the sets. This is very misleading when trying to make a simple purchase for what appears to be equivalent $value to AtlasCoin listing exchange. Direct me to where this was clarified on the site as I searched for over an hour with my phone and found no such explanation. When I backed the Atlas resin kickstarter and earned my coins but was given what appeared to be a deadline to use them instead of holding onto them to save up for something bigger, I found I could not really afford what I wanted and used the coins I had so I wouldn't lose them after receiving several emails alluding to "use them or lose them". I settled on a couple files I didn't truly want but may use at some point, maybe. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I sure hope the resin is all it is cracked up to be as I likely will only get resupply of it and not ever bother with coins or stl files here. Again, correct me if I am wrong, and, I am not your "Mate". Your reply seemed a tad condescending or curt. I hope this long-winded explanation of my issues with your site sheds some light on my unhappiness with my experiences thus far. Push comes to shove, I will shove back "Bro".
2ND UPDATE: Now I can't see the original reply. Thanks for the refund, I did not ask for that. I only wished for clarity of expectations.
