This company is amazing
This company is amazing! After checking a couple of pro mechanical shops to get a price for my rotors and labor: which was too expensive, I decided to find my own rotors online. Amazon was my last resort which is where I found these guys. I ordered my rotors through Amazon, but went to ATL Autosports website to buy my brake pads. Most reasonably priced company I've found. Not to mention these guys offer free shipping. That's major because shipping alone can easily run you $30 for rotors. I am definitely a customer from here on out; and I'd recommend some folks. Did I mention I have a 2007 GS350 AWD Lexus and only paid $25 for brakes. Who can compare?!! Oh, I can't forget; I placed my order in the morning and by that same evening my order had been shipped. One happy customer here!

Blanca is wonderful, in regards to a BMW X5 front and rear brake rotor I wanted to purchase, she's pleasant and helpful, I am a military veteran and had been given the military discount, thanks a lot, I ordered on a Thursday and received the complete order box #2 of (2) boxes the following Thursday, delivered here in Gilbert, Arizona, that's fast , considering we are 350 plus miles away from LA, In regards to the rotors , they are marked left and right side, and it looks good, the X5 really looked sharp. I would order again, and thanks again Blanca for the time when I doubled check on my order.

Seller is a damn liar
Seller is a damn liar, claimed packag had been shipped when in fact he didn't ship it until 5 days after the purchase. He had the audacity to blame it on the post office when it was still sitting at his shop, he made the usps label but didn't ship it until I complained about the tracking number showing he never took it to the post office. Tell the truth!!!!! I will never do business again with them. If they lie about very small things then what else will they lie about. All around poor experience.

We are terribly sorry that you are disappointed with the shipping. We know that our customers want what they paid for ASAP. In fact, we know that most of them actually wanted it the day, or even the week, before they paid for it. We work very hard trying to please everyone, but unfortunately every once in a while, life happens and we do not get them out as quickly as we would like.
We were able to get these rotors ready to ship the day after ordering, up until someone in the shipping department detected a defect on one of the brake rotors once they took it out of the original box. It was not up to the standards we demand for our customers, so we had to order another rotor to fulfill your order. We understand you do not believe us, but this is the truth.
We always try to ship everything out immediately, as you can see from most of our customers feedback. However, due to the fact that we know that in life things can happen, we state in our shipping policy that typically all orders ship out in 3-5 working days, weekends and holidays are excluded. Once again we sincerely apologize for the delay.
Worth waiting for.
These people are awesome and, they have great parts. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and products. Be patient when waiting for your parts to arrive, they're very busy, but the wait is definitely worth it. They are very polite and are only interested in keeping happy customers. You will love their brakes!

I purchased my rotors and pads 3 to almost 4 weeks ago now and once I put them on I went for a test drive to find out I can't stop and almost got in an accident. I contacted ATL and they apologized for the inconvenience unfortunately they denied an exchange because the rotors were now used after test driving it the pads on the other hand are untouched.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. You first told us your pads didn’t fit. After researching, we discovered that you purchased both the wrong rotors and the wrong pads. Your car came factory equipped with vented front discs which are a much thicker rotor, and you purchased solid front disc rotors which are very thin. A quick comparison of what you took off, with what you just received would have revealed the drastic difference.
We previously explained that this created a very dangerous situation, having so much distance between the rotors and the pads, that the pads were not able to be squeezed down enough to even touch the rotors. We also told you to remove them immediately, and do not drive the car again until the correct parts were installed.
Normally we have no problem facilitating an exchange, but unfortunately, we do not sell used parts, so we’re unable to exchange these now used rotors, for the correct new ones. We told you which were the correct parts, and we do stock them. If you decide not to purchase them from us, that is fine, however, for your safety and the safety of others, purchase them somewhere, and park your car until the correct rotors and pads are installed.
