I hope the product is as great as the helpful people. I have an older truck and the ATL Representative went out of there way to make sure that I got the correct parts. Tried to buy these from another supplier and it was a nightmare. This was a dream.

Shipper sent me wrong part
Shipper sent me wrong part, in return wants me to pay for shipping back, and a restocking fee of $35. This is unacceptable! I ordered part for a 1994 Trans Am they sent me for a 2013 Maxima I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee! I never owned a Maxima, they screwed up, I had to pay for their mistake. I am not done yet, if I am not reimbursed it will go to every review site. Funniest part is I said just send me the right parts and all will be forgiven, they told me they must charge me 35 more for right car!!! Admit your mistake and eat the $35 to make customer happy!!! I am not new to ordering I've been ordering car parts for years, never had an issue with wrong car parts

We are really sorry for this unfortunate situation. As it is stated inside the listing you purchased, the rotors only fit the 2009-2013 Nissan Maxima vehicles. We received the order, processed it, and shipped out the parts that were ordered.
There is no way for us to know what vehicle our customers are purchasing their brakes for, or that you really needed them for a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am.
If the error is ours, we have no problem providing a return shipping label and processing a full refund or an exchange. We always try to work with our customers to get them what they need. According to our return policy, if a customer orders incorrectly they are liable for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, which usually doesn’t even cover our original shipping fee.

I ordered the front rotors and brakes .I recieved my brakes which is good but I was supposed to get two rotors not one this is dissapointing
I got brakes but only one rotor!! Dissapointed

We wrap our rotors individually and tape them together to protect them during transit. Once they are in the box, it looks like it is only one piece. The rotors have to be pulled out of the box, unwrapped and taken apart. We are glad to hear you did discover both brake rotors were in the box after all.
