I am thoroughly impressed with Atomik Biz. Mark is very genuine and has taken the time to sit down with me and discuss my options and explain things regarding my website, which for me as I’m not very tech savvy has been extremely helpful and refreshing. He has also helped update and make our home laptop safer and run better for all of us as a family to use.

As ever Mark provided a personal and helpful service. In minutes he solved a problem with my email that had been bugging me for weeks. He has looked after my email system for many years. Happily I have few problems but when they arise Mark always seems to come up with the answer. I highly recommend his services.

Support for home office
I work as a non-executive director and consultant from home and am very dependent on IT for my work. Having previously been cossetted by large firms' IT departments I have never built up much IT expertise so it was a huge relief to find Mark available on the end of the phone or to visit me to sort out IT issues. He always explains the issue and talks through the solution so I've some understanding of what's going on. And he gives advice on products and services to avoid as well as to use. I would readily recommend him.
