Although for me - an old school/non tech person - the app/email part has been a little hard to navigate (which is what caused my issue to begin with); the ‘people’ at Atom have been extremely helpful... Voir plus

Do not use them. They run a scam. And try not to refund you within 5 mins of purchase when ya realized ya mis locked. SCAM COMPANY. Calling the bank for full refund.

I am updating my review to bump from 3 stars to 5. My reason is that I discovered the requested e-mails to get my tickets not reaching me is likely due to my verizon.net e-mail. I had already checked SPAM folder and for any blocked senders in my mail config, and since none, I concluded it was the Atom Tickets e-mail process. I used Atom again in the past week and again tried sending tickets to my regular e-mail address, and it again did not reach me. This time I tried a second request and used an e-mail address on my own hosted server where I control ALL of the mail server functions. The e-mail to that address came almost instantly. I used Atom again today, this time doing one request to each e-mail address, and only the one to my address on my own server arrived. I have no idea why my regular provider is losing or blocking Atom e-mails, but my workaround will be to use the alternate address.
I will resume using Atom Tickets for all of my movie ticket purchases.

The service makes it easy and seamless to purchase tickets, select reserved seating and even add concessions items, but the last two uses have resulted in a hassle getting an e-mailed ticket to print out and take to the theater. Whether manually requested by me with the 'button', or re-sent by multiple service reps, they never arrive. Support says just bring the receipt e-mail to the theater, but the workers never know what to do with that and it takes waiting for a manager to use the receipt to create a ticket their ticket takers can scan. That hassle negates any convenience of the on-line purchase. When it happened I was going to switch ticket services, but gave them another try today with same result. I think they have been fine in the past, but with these last two experiences, I think I am going elsewhere in the future.

They have great promo's and if there is ever an issue support is super helpful. They are quick to respond and the app/site are easy to navigate.
