Nothing but a scam. Ordered trainers checked out delivery etc no show bunch of crooks can't believe trust pilot or face book allow this

Paid for item. No updates in over a week. No response from customer service email and phone number cuts off after four rings. Tracking number fake.

Reported to bank, but as others mention, have to spend hours on the phone, fill in a load of forms and then wait for them to investigate.

Save yourself the hassle and bypass these scammers!

So many of us been scammed, no one seems to care tried to get MasterCard involved they say I have to wait 30 days. We are being so let down by the system. Trustpilot MasterCard and banks google should be doing more to get these unscrupulous sites, it’s so upsetting.

SCAM! Avoid. Awaiting my bank to return money, website doesn’t exist anymore

Bought a pair of ASIC trainers to replace my original pair. Item was shipped from China, took 3 weeks to come and the item I received was clearly counterfeit/fake. They’ve also now shut their website down also. I am now initiating a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

Same as others, this is a scam and I have to wait 30 days to recover funds through bank. I don't know how google can allow listing a company which doesn't have a contact number for the company or named customer service. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and received many responses, stuck in customs blah blah blah and no valid tracking. I will track this company down which is based in Birmingham at 113 Whitecroft Road, Birmingham, England, B26 3RL dissolved as part of SOCRYPTO dissolved September 23rd 2025. Do not order from these. Ordered a pair of Asics running trainers, they havent arrived and I have had no reply to my attempted contact.

Made an order and I was sent tracking for the delivery which I was unable to open, money has left my bank and the website for the company has closed down.
SCAM, if you've been caught contact your bank straight away.

Just been scammed by Atrieve.com for some trainers

Delayed, and when checking shipping status discovered shop has shutdown. The company was listed as SOCRYPTO LTD/ Company number 15798969 and apparently was (or will be) dissolved on Sep 23rd, two days from this review.

UPDATE: Looks like they're back online again, over at socrypto.shop . Same details as Atrieve.

Ordered some trainers based on excellent reviews on here which were obviously fake. I can’t believe trust pilot which is a reputable review company would allow fake reviews. Now I have to wait 30 days to go through my bank to claim my money back due to a scam!

I only purchased the trainers based on the Trustpilot reviews, now I read it’s a scam! Not impressed. What is the point of Trustpilot if it can’t be trusted!

Definitely a scam. I emailed asking for an update on my order, the link they sent me no longer works and gave told me it's an issue with the trainers clearing customs. Order placed over a week ago now and no sign of delivery updates.

Ordered trainers. I’m assuming this is a scam as I’ve not received the goods and tracking and ‘go to store’ option on email order confirmation not working. Tried calling the store number and sending an email but no reply. Contacted my bank.

Please do not purchase off this website it is a scam! They issue you a fake tracking number that does not work. I tried to buy trainers and they scammed me.

Ordered trainers from this site. I can not track them or get answer so I think it must be a scam 😕.
