Missing item and no response
I ordered 3 items and 2 arrived. I sent an email that someone responded to, and I replied, but since Monday, I have heard nothing . I have sent a email everyday and no reply to any. I don't know if I am getting the item or a refund. Custom service is non existent.

Great quality clothing but I am missing the hat and belt from the clubhouse bundle I've emailed several times and no replies and even messaged the social media pages and still no reply great clothing but terrible customer support, I think I might be sticking to Druids in the future

Very poor experience
Definitely not true to size!! Returns portal not working. Emailed a number of times but still not had one reply two weeks later!! Shocking!! Going to have to pay for a ‘signed for’ delivery to try to get my money back as my order wasn’t cheap!!

No communication
Received the item a week ago, looking to get a refund and swap some items as I wasn’t keen on some of the styles I had chosen. Sent multiple emails as well as messages on social media and still haven’t had a response, return just shows up as pending online but yet to receive any communication

Good quality
Good quality. Bought that £200 bundle of everything and am real pleased w it all. One my collars came creased and doesn't fold down. That's my only gripe. Solid otherwise

My go-to site for golf gear
Purchased a gilet as had an email through with an offer; gilet arrived swiftly and have to say it’s high quality. I’ve had a few items from atsg now and the delivery is prompt, high quality items at a reasonable price. Druids are not a patch on these guys
