great service from Maria Basile
visited storage office and was attended by Maria Basile. She gave me straight information about the rental. As she was not a pushy salesperson, I decided to be a customer.
The unit is good but the electronics can be a bit less user friendly at times.
Main disappointment is the very small parking area.

Absolutely outstanding storage facility! The staff are exceptional - professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The premises are spotless, with top-notch security features that gave me real peace of mind. It's also incredibly easy to access and perfectly located. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. False and misleading quotation to access data
I feel misled by the information and quotation I received online from Attic Self Storage. The website quoted £45.72 for a 50 sq ft space for one week, which seemed clear and straightforward. However, when I called the next day, I was told there is a minimum stay of 4 weeks and that I must also pay for insurance cover, bringing the total to over £220.
Why was this not clearly mentioned in the original quotation? I registered based on the assumption that the cost would be £45, and I believe this kind of pricing presentation is misleading and seems designed to collect personal data for marketing purposes.
I’m also concerned about the security of the bank details I provided during registration and hope no unauthorized charges will be made.

Starting up was very easy. James talked me through the way it works and outlined prices clearly. Premises are clean and 24 hour access is very straightforward. Communication has been excellent. Early days but so far I am very impressed.

Attic is a refreshing experience
Attic is a refreshing experience. Although the workings are all electronic, it was easy to manoeuvre. Maria Basile guided and signed me in smoothly and without fuss, after a phone conversation with Jamie Rudd the previous day. At the end of my contract Samir signed me off and everything was done and dusted in no time . Full marks to the team for their efficiency. I recommend Attic Harrow any time...
